OLIVIA'S FREE PERIOD was boring to say at least, her eyes were glued to her phone waiting and waiting for a phone call. Her and Tommy tried getting a time where they could both have at least 20 minutes for themselves to be on the phone and to just hear each other's voice. Although neither of them said they wanted to hear each other this was just a good excuse.

With her attention span all spent on her phone she had not noticed her best friend right in front of her, "What's wrong?" Amaya called out seeing the younger teacher tapping away at her phone now, hoping that it would magically ring.

Olivia was only able to look up with a small pout on her face, "We were suppose to call like 5 minutes ago but he hasn't called me." placing her phone down and crossing her arms.

"Have you called him?" Amaya asked tapping at her phone, "Cause a phone call is a two way street."

"No, I think I'd look desperate, and he did say he would call me so." Olivia shrugged standing from her chair heading towards the whiteboard erasing the earlier lecture.

"Oh honey you won't! Plus if he doesn't answer then he will call you back later." Amaya reasoned with her grabbing Olivia's phone handing it to her.

"Fine, but please stay just in case he doesn't answer so we could talk." Olivia pleaded putting in her passcode and heading towards the phone app. "Okay..." she mumbled as she clicked on the call button.

bzz....bzz

"nothing." Olivia mouthed only at the first ring.

"You just called, wait a bit." Amaya whispered trying to supress her laughter.

bzz....bzz

Olivia's leg started to bounce she was debating just hanging up and waiting till he responded.

bzz....bzz

"Im just going to ha-" Olivia started to speak before getting cut off.

"Hey! Sorry for not calling earlier. Practice went over and I just got back to my car." The voice on the other end said. In the background you could hear a door close but just quietly another door was heard closing.

"Yeah, no it's fine I didn't know if I was supposed to call first or." Her cheeks turned red in embarrassment as she replied to Tommy.

Her eyes went to Amaya who was now walking towards the door of the classroom, it was a quick nod telling her friend by.

"No no I said I was going to call you first!" Was all that was said before Olivia noticed that Tommy muted his side before coming back, "So what are you up too?"

"Uhm not much, finishing getting the kids' work ready for the last part of the day how about you?" Olivia asked trying to figure out if there was a chance someone else was in the car.

"Probably going to just relax when I get home, my entire body feels sore." 

"Oh that's never fun."

Tommy could only laugh before he was noticeably muted again, "Maybe...you could uhm, give me a massage... if you are down for it." he hesitated slightly but a noticeable teasing tone was laced in his tongue.

"Oh...uhm..." Olivia's face was now a bright pink this sudden boldness from Tommy felt new. In their conversations they had never talked in sort of manner it's all been nice and calm but this was different. "I don't think Im qualified for it but I could try..." Olivia spoke deciding to try and play along.

Once again instead of an immediate banter back from Tommy she was met once again with another second of silence before coming back, "Would you like to watch a movie at my house?"

"Uhm sure! I thought we were going to do coffee but a movie sounds nice." 

"Oh, we can do coffee instead. It's not a hassle." 

"No no the movie is fine trust me, but do you think we could go somewhere public? I just don't 100% know you like that."

"Oh yeah uhm didn't mean to move to fast." Tommy felt bad was he rushing her? He was already joking with the massage thing and now inviting her to his house. It sounded like he was for sure rushing and possibly expecting something.

"Don't worry about it! I just want to have a public first outing together then we can do whatever else after." Olivia wanted to be careful, nothing had pointed towards her not being able to trust Tommy but from what her sister has told her she preferred to be careful over anything else.

"That works yeah, uhm how does 7 sound?" Tommy asked as he looked quickly at his phone before turning his attention back to the road driving carefully.

"That works." 

"Then I'll pick you up at 7...just message me your address unless you just want to meet up there?"

Olivia thought about it, "I can just meet you there. Would hate for you to drive all the way here then to a movie theater then drop me off and drive back." a small chuckle was heard and it didn't belong to either of them, however Olivia thought it was just Tommy.

Tommy only stared at the blondish man who sat next to him mouthing a small "Shut up." before turning back to the road, "Yeah then that's cool."

"Okay! Please drive safely would hate if you had to cancel on me." Olivia only joked before Tommy said his goodbye.

"I will." 

As Gavin hung up the phone placing it in Tommy's cupholder. "I told you!" Every time Tommy's end was muted it was due to Gav telling him what to say.

"I know, I know! I was just worried." Tommy's grip on the steering became less tight his knuckles losing the white color they had. "And really? Maybe you can massage me?"

Gavin only shrugged looking at the road ahead of him, "What. I said that to Brianna and she gave me more then just a massage."

Tommy's face turned red but he acted like he was about to throw up, "Ew Gav keep that to yourself."

"What, at least I got you a date!"

"It's not a date!"

"Then what is it?"

"Uhm...2 friends hanging out."

"Sure."

For what it was worth and for what Tommy won't admit to, he did have a date settled with Olivia. Now all he had to do was stress out about how he was going to dress and how to ensure he came off as interesting...

I think I need to like get this book done before I write any other book cause I got 2 plots picked out for the following books and I think I know who I will write them on! I just don't want to have 3 books work in progress and just be busy trying to juggle them all. I need to focus on 1 book.
