Landon headed to Hope's room as he was searching for her all over the school.. The monster that she had locked up with a spell until they could find a way to kill him was able to break free from his prison.. And he couldn't find Hope, who was the strongest in the school who could stand up to those monsters.. He opened the door to her room to find her sitting in the middle of a circle of salt and lit candles.. He closed the door and sat on a chair waiting for what she was doing to finish.. And indeed, after a few minutes, Hope raised her face to him asking anxiously as she saw his tense features "Landon, what's wrong?"
He answered her with a faint worry "The monster broke free from your spell"
She answered him simply as she walked out of the circle "I expected that.. That's why I thought of an alternative solution to locking him up"
He asked her gently "And did you find a solution?"
"Of course, I did... I'm Hope Mikaelson and there is nothing the Mikaelsons can't do" She replied proudly as she headed to her cupboard.
She stopped in front of her cupboard and whispered sadly that Landon didn't hear "Nothing at all"
Landon asked as he watched her intently "And this solution is what you were doing a moment ago?"
She replied in the negative as she took out a medium-sized wooden box from her cupboard "No, what I was doing a moment ago was helping me find what I wanted faster"
Landon looked at the box she had placed on the bed and asked in confusion "What is this?"
Hope smiled and said calmly as she looked at the box "Here lies the solution"
She sat on the bed as she opened the box.. Landon sat in front of her watching her take out a black personal journal surrounded by a black ribbon and a golden lock with a small key hanging from it.. The journal was placed on top of strange-looking objects.. Hope put it aside and Landon asked in confusion "What are these things?"
Hope replied smoothly "My dark objects"
"What do you mean by your dark objects?"
Hope explained to him while she was busy searching for the desired object "They are very powerful magical objects made of black magic.. My mother gave them to me a few months before she passed away.. What happened in my life later with the loss of my parents didn't allow me the opportunity to study each object and what it does.. So I made a small spell that would guide me to the object without much searching.. And the object is in this box"
She stopped searching then looked at him and said proudly "My uncle Kol helped make most of them"
Landon smiled at her asking as she continued her search "So you inherited them from your uncle Kol?"
She replied with a sad smile "No.. My auntie Cami left them for me"
Landon frowned in surprise.. Now who is that aunt Cami? He asked in a soft voice noticing the sadness in Hope's eyes and smile "Who is that aunt Cami? You never talked about her before"
She sighed and answered sadly "She died when I was very young.. I don't really remember her"
Landon was sad for her.. It seems that most of her family passed away.. She is still young to bear such a heavy burden.. He asked her with good curiosity trying to fathom the depths of the beauty he was in love with "Who is she? Is she from your father's family or your mother's family?"
