There Morgan sat next to Caius, her head resting on his shoulder. There they sat in silence, both lost in thought. Though Caius sat there rigidly, as if he were afraid that if he moved he would never feel Morgan's touch again.
Caius was lost in his mind, strategy after strategy playing on repeat as he thought of how he could stop the Loss of Marcus and Alec. There was a feeling of dread that crashed over him as he thought more about the contents of Morgan's dream.
Was it just a dream? He thought. Or could it actually have been a premonition? The blonde didn't know, but it still bothered him nonetheless.
Morgan on the other hand was just as bothered by the thought. Though she couldn't understand why it did bother her as much as it did.
She didn't care about the kings, or at least that's what she kept telling herself. Though she knew deeply that she was lying. She did care, it was like it was engraved in her to care for them. That was the bond she guessed.
She closed her eyes and thought back to her childhood. She remembered as a kid always watching her mom and dad. How in love they were. She remembers how much she longed for a love just like theirs when she was older.
By god did she miss them both. She wondered what they would think of the situation she was in or let alone who she has become since there death. Would they be disappointed? Or would they encourage her to peruse her relationship with the kings?
"Belisima?" Caius's voice finally sounded through the silence, pulling Morgan out of her thoughts.
"Yes?" She questioned simply. Not looking up at the blonde.
"Do you think we can win this?" He asked his voice low and unsure.
"If you let me fight, I believe we will have a chance." Morgan explained knowing damn well that Caius would not like hearing what she said.
"Morgan, you know we can't lose you." Caius responded while looking over his shoulder and down at her.
"As you keep saying." Morgan said with a sigh. "But you're the strategist Caius, you should know that I am the only secret weapon you have. Everyone knows of Jane and Alec. But no one knows of me and what I can do." She continued while looking up at the blonde.
Caius moved his mouth to speak, but quickly closed it again and the room fell back into silence. He knew that she was right, but she was not only human, but she was their mate. And the thought of losing her was one that they could not live with.
Also bring a human into battle would make it look like the Volturi couldn't uphold their own laws. It would be a bad look.

In the throne room stood Aro who was pacing back and forth. His mind replaying Morgan's dream over and over.
Marcus sat at his throne and just watched the Raven haired man pace.
"Would you like to tell me what is going on Aro?" Marcus asked as he laid his head in his hand.
"Do not fret brother, it is nothing to worry about." Aro lied as as he looked At Marcus.
"I know you Aro, I know you are lying." He responded simply with a slight eye roll. Aro sighed simply.
"Everything is fine Marcus, do not worry." Aro replied hoping that Marcus would just leave it at that. Which he was thankful when Marcus did not respond.
Marcus was beyond concerned, he wanted to know what Aro had seen in Morgan's dream. He wanted to know if they were going to lose this war. He just wanted to know everything. But he knew that pushing the issue would get him nowhere. So he stayed quiet and continued to watch Aro pace.
Marcus decided to look at the bonds and was surprised to see a slightly brighter glow in the bond between Morgan and Caius. This caused Marcus to let out a quiet hum in interest.

Some were running through a forest far from Italy was two Vampires. These two knew exactly where they were going and who they were looking for. The two knew that this day would come, the day that they were thrown out and left to be on their own.
But the thing was, now they had information. Valuable information, something that would make it all the easier for Lucentiu to win the war.
Running out of the brush the two were met with a castle, it was older and rundown. But it worked for what was needed to be done.
Walking through the castle halls, the two were led to a throne room. In that throne room sat Lucentiu.
"Vell, vell, now isn't this a nice surprise." Lucentiu said as he stood from his throne. "I hope you both have information that vill be useful to our cause." He continued with a slight smirk as he looked at the blonde vampire then to the Raven haired one.
"Trust us, you are going to want to hear this." The blonde vampire said, a smirk clear in her voice. The vampire accompanying her let out a knowing hum.
"Vell then, let's hear it." Lucentiu Hummed with interest as he clasped his hands in front of him.
