Chapter 20: A Heartfelt Conversation

Rhea drifted off to sleep with a smile on her face, feeling happy that Aryan was making an effort to talk to her. She was glad to see that he was giving priority to her thoughts and choices.

The next day, Rhea woke up feeling excited and happy. She couldn't wait to see Aryan's face in class. As he entered the classroom, he looked at her with affection, and Rhea's heart skipped a beat.

Throughout the day, Aryan found ways to glance at Rhea, and she could sense his happiness and affection. Rhea was convinced that Aryan had started to feel the same way about her.

However, Zara, who was jealous of the growing connection between Rhea and Aryan, tried to annoy Rhea. Zara ignored Rhea at first, and when Rhea asked her why, Zara denied it. Then, Zara tried to talk to Rhea in an angry tone.

Rhea knew that Zara was acting out of jealousy, but she played dumb and didn't let Zara know that she was aware of her feelings.

As the day ended, Rhea waited for Aryan's text, but it didn't come. She thought of initiating the conversation but hesitated, thinking it might be annoying.

After some thought, Rhea decided to text Aryan. She knew that their chemistry teacher would be on leave the next day, so she sent him a message: "Tomorrow you would have no fun in class as your favorite chemistry teacher would be on leave."

Aryan replied, "It would be nice.😁" They had a hearty conversation about their studies, and Rhea felt happy to see Aryan's playful side.

Their conversation turned to their biology teacher, who kept telling them to study hard and become doctors. "Hey, our biology teacher keeps on saying me that I should become a doctor," Aryan wrote.

Rhea replied, "Gotcha! Same here. She always says I should start preparing for becoming a doctor. She's always saying I should now focus and improve my grades and be in the top 5 students of our school."

Both Rhea and Aryan sent each other a 'sighing'😮‍💨 emoji. "Ok bye, let's talk later," Aryan said.

"Yeah! Let's talk later. I have to put my dog on sleep too; he is not sleeping without me," Rhea replied.

Aryan sent a laughing emoji: "😁😂"

Rhea teased him, saying, "Hey, stop laughing... he loves me, that's why he does this...... How could you know what 'true love' is?😂"

Aryan jokingly replied, "Yeah! How would I know about it.😮‍💨"

Rhea said, "Yeah, dogs are better than humans!!🙃"

Aryan agreed, "You are 100% Correct!!"

Rhea smiled, feeling happy about their conversation. "Yeah! I know, but if someone believes in it😒.... no one believes me..😮‍💨"

Aryan's response made Rhea's heart skip a beat: "I believe in you💯"

Rhea felt an overwhelming sense of happiness, knowing that Aryan believed in her. With a happy heart, she drifted off to sleep.
