Chapter 12

Kai choked on his drink after hearing what Korra read.

"Well, have you?" Ginger asked with a smirk

"I uh-" Korra was too stunned to speak "in general or the boss I have now?"

"General" Kai said quickly before someone answered that because knowing Mako he would say now.

"In general, I have" Korra said taking a sip of her beer

"Bolin you're next" Kai was helping to skip pass the question when he realized Mako was ready to say something

The round continued on. It was then Asami's turn "serve 3 shots, each shot goes to someone you find attractive, or give yourself the 3 shots" Asami's eyebrow furrowed at the thought of taking 3 shots

She poured 3 shots giving one to Mako, one to Ginger and one to Korra.

"Ginger I understand, but giving one to Korra? I'm surprised, doesn't seem like your type" Mako said in a tone

"What can I say, I'm a sucker for blue eyes" Asami fired back making everyone chuckle at the comment since the man had hazel eyes

Jinora picked up a card "What was the name of your first crush? Oh that's easy, Korra"

"Don't blame you" Kai said making the group laugh

"alright, that's enough" Korra was laughing nervously

"No, deadass, you were a babe, older, built, your whole demeanor, you're hot" Jinora said "if Kai didn't swoop in soon enough I would've tried with you"

"Hey!" Kai said making Jinora chuckle

"Yeah, I'm little too old for you" Korra said since they were 2 years apart, which wasn't a lot but Korra still saw her as a little kid

"I like a cougar"

"WOAH, I said a little" Korra reacted making everyone laugh

Kai picked up a card "have chugging contest with the person to you right" he looked over to Jinora who gave him a nod

They opened a new beer and they were off with the group cheering for them. Jinora won of course.

Korra picked up a card "everyone in the group gets you ask you one question, you must answer honestly, you can only skip on question by taking a shot, after the skip you can't skip no more and no one can ask the same question" Korra regretted agreeing on  playing this game, she already knew what to expect

"Me first, I'm the birthday boy" Kai said "why did you date Mako in the first place?"

"I was lacking a brain, next question"

"No no no, I want a real answer" Kai crossed his arms

Korra looked at Mako trying to think. "I don't know, I thought he was cute at the time, and he was very much to himself, I thought maybe it could work because we'd be in our own worlds, and he was the only one that can handle my temper at the time" she shrugged "now he's a little bitch"

"Alright next question" Mako said nervously

Jinora was up "when will you be in a serious relationship?"

"When someone's ready to be serious with me" Korra said then looked at Asami for her question

"I don't know what to ask" Asami said

"ask me anything"

"ok, have you hooked up with any of your co-workers at the company?"

"trynna fire me Ms. Sato?"
