Chapter - 28

In the restaurant

Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo finished their lunch peacefully. Then they checked their phone which they kept on silent mood before starting their meal.

"Wow, so many notifications." Yibo said as he checked the notification. Most of the notifications indicated his family members and his friends missed calls and messages. He opened Wang Jili's messenge and read it.

"Come to the company as soon as possible. Chairman Wang called an urgent meeting." Yibo read and frowned. He looked up and noticed that Zhan was also checking his phone. Just then Chen Ling called Zhan and Yibo noticed it clearly.

"Your girlfriend must have seen our posts. You should receive the call and explain the real situation." Yibo said and Zhan shook his head as he rejected Chen Ling's call.

"Not now. If you are done then let's go." Zhan said as he stood up from his seat and Yibo nodded his head.

Zhan and Yibo left the restaurant and waited for their car at the entrance of the restaurant. When they were waiting, they noticed some paparazzi who were hiding.

"Well, they are here." Yibo said while pointing at the paparazzi.

"They have nothing to do other than stalking people." Zhan said and shook his head.

Soon Zhan and Yibo's came and the drivers came out to open the car doors for their masters.

Instead of the driver, Zhan opened the door for Yibo and signaled Yibo to get in the car. Yibo chuckled and got in the car.

"Behaving like a gentleman because of the paparazzi?" Yibo said while raising his eyebrow and Zhan rolled his eyes.

"I am always a gentleman." Zhan said and Yibo snorted. Zhan ignored Yibo and closed the door of the car.

"Drive safely." Zhan said to the driver coldly and the driver nodded his head before getting in the car.

"So commandering." Yibo said and chuckled.

"Young Master, where will you go next?" The driver asked and Yibo composed his facial expression.

"To Wang Empire." Yibo said coldly and the driver nodded his head before he started the car and headed to Wang Empire.

Zhan was staring at Yibo's car until it left the restaurant entrance. Then he got inside his car and told the driver to headed to Xiao Empire. The driver nodded his head before staring the car and then headed to Xiao Empire.

As the car started moving, Ling called Zhan again and that time Zhan didn't reject the call. He received the call and put the phone on his ear.

"Zhan Zhan, what is the meaning of your post?" Ling asked as soon as Zhan received the call.

"Chen Ling, let's have dinner in Starlight Restaurant. I will explain you everything there. I will send the driver to pick you up. Get ready in time." Zhan said and hang up the call without waiting for Ling's answer.

As soon as Zhan hang up Ling's call, Wang Xuan called Zhan. Zhan received the call and put it on his ear.

"What's the matter, Xuan?" Zhan asked after receiving the call.

"Xiao Zhan, Xiao Empire's stock price is getting unstable. The board members are panicking. Chairman Xiao called an urgent meeting. Come as soon as possible." Xuan said in one go.

"Mn. I am coming in half an hour." Zhan said and hang up the call.
