Chapter - 70

It was evening. Wang Yibo and Chen Yu were sitting on a mat in the backyard of the resort while Xiao Zhan and Gu Wei were barbequing meats.

Gu Chenxin was sitting on Chen Yu's lap while playing with Chen Yu's cufflinks. She seemed very busy and didn't pay attention to anything else.

Yibo stared at Chenxin and felt an urge to tease the little girl. He poked Chenxin's cheek and Chenxin frowned  but didn't turned to Yibo.

"Hey, little princess. What are you so busy with?" Yibo asked Chenxin in a baby voice and poked Chenxin's cheek again.

This time Chenxin turned to Yibo with a frowned. Chen Yu raised his eyebrow and waited to see Chenxin's reaction.

Suddenly Chenxin's eyes caught the sight of Yibo's bone necklace and she held the necklace.

"What? You want it?" Yibo asked and tried to pick Chenxin up on his arms but Chenxin struggled.

"No...no...na...mama..." Chenxin said in a broken sentence while holding Chen Yu's coller tightly.

Yibo gave up and kept Chenxin on Chen Yu's arm. Chen Yu hugged Chenxin and awkwardly smiled at Yibo.

"It's okay. It's okay. Mama is here. No one will take you from mama." Chen Yu said while patting Chenxin's back.

Chenxin calmed down and lied on Chen Yu's chest while holding Chen Yu's clothes tightly. Chen Yu smiled and kissed Chenxin's head.

"She seems to like to cling with you." Yibo said and Chen Yu looked up at him.

"Well, not only me. She cling with Gu Wei too." Chen Yu said with a smile and sighed.

"Actually, Both Gu Wei and me were busy with our work. We rarely have free time. We tried to give Chenxin time but it's not enough. Specially me, I have to go to other town on mission and couldn't return home for days. Sometimes Gu Wei couldn't return home because of emergency. We spend very little time with her. So, wherever, she saw us, she became restless and clingy. She wouldn't let us go." Chen Yu said and smiled sadly.

"Then Chenxin stayed alone with a nanny." Yibo asked while frowning.

"Not really." Chen Yu said and Yibo raised his eyebrow.

"During pregnancy, we moved into Gu Estate so that my in-laws could take care of me. Since then we are staying there. So, even if we can't be with Xin Xin all the time, paa and maa take turns to accompany her. They were against keeping Xin Xin alone with an outsider. Xin Xin is the only heiress of Gu family. They don't want to take any risk with her." Chen Yu said and Yibo nodded his head in understanding.

"Gu family is really wealthy. They are both in business and medical treatment. Gu Wei and Gu Xiao are the heirs of this generation. For now, only Gu Chenxin is the heiress of next generation." Yibo said.

"Yeah, my billionaire heiress." Chen Yu said and kissed Chenxin's forehead.

"Don't you feel uncomfortable when Chenxin call you mama?" Yibo asked cautiously.

"Why would I feel uncomfortable? For me, who gives birth and raised the child is a mother. I gave birth to Xin Xin. So, I am his mama." Chen Yu said.

"You can easily say that you gave birth to her." Yibo said while fidgeting with his fingers.

"I can not only easily say that I gave birth to my daughter but also I am proud of it." Chen Yu said and Yibo stared at him in confusion.

"Imagine, you work so hard in project and it becomes successful. But when it comes to credit, you didn't get any credit, how will you feel?" Chen Yu asked and Yibo frowned.
