Chapter - 66

Xiao Zhan opened his eyes and the first scene he was just Wang Yibo's sleeping face in front of him. He smiled and hugged Yibo tightly. Suddenly, Zhan remembered last night's incident and his smile faded.

Last night, Zhan listened to Yibo's confession attentively and tried his best to comfort him and gave him security. But what about him?

Zhan and Yibo had been married for too long but Yibo didn't trust him enough to tell the truth. He knew that their marriage wasn't a normal marriage but they lived their married life like an ordinary couple.

Yibo indeed went through a lot and it was not easy for him to open up to Zhan. But Zhan was his husband, he could at least try to tell Zhan. He had been planning for a child for so long but didn't even need to think about Zhan.

"Yibo has his own difficulty." Zhan thought.

Zhan's mind understood Yibo's all difficulties and the reasons for Yibo not opening up to him. But his heart which was full of love for Yibo couldn't accept it. His heart felt betrayal.

"It's not a big deal. Everything will be fine." Zhan mumbled and closed his eyes.

Zhan opened his eyes and just then Yibo slowly opened his eyes. Their eyes locked into each other and both of them were silent for a few seconds.

"Good morning, Zhan ge." Yibo said in a low voice.

"Good morning." Zhan said in a hoarse voice.

"Will you go to the company today?" Yibo asked.

"Mn. What about you? Will you go?" Zhan asked and Yibo nodded his head.

"I have to go. I can't be idle anymore." Yibo said and Zhan nodded his head.

"Let's freshen up first. Then we will have breakfast." Zhan said as he stood up.

"Okay." Yibo said and watched Zhan went into the bathroom.

Zhan and Yibo were having breakfast and an awkward silence fell between them. Both of them wanted to break the awkward silence but didn't know what to say. Finally Zhan broke the silence.

"Who knows about your secret?" Zhan asked and Yibo was caught off guard.

"My secret?" Yibo asked while staring at Zhan and Zhan nodded his head.

"Well, the whole Wang family expect brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. As for others, Dylan, Jili, Dr. Meng and now you know about it." Yibo said and focused on eating again.

"Even Dylan and Jili knew about it." Zhan said and Yibo hummed in response.

"Dylan and Jili are my best friends. Of course, they will know about it." Yibo said and Zhan nodded his head.

"When did they know?" Zhan asked and Yibo started to think.

"Within a year abroad, they got to know about it." Yibo said and Zhan's eyes turned cold.

"So, they know before me." Zhan said with a forced smile but Yibo didn't notice the changes in Zhan.

"Of course, they know before you. They are my best friends. They came to my life before you." Yibo said.

"I didn't mean it." Zhan thought. What Zhan actually meant was that Wang Dylan and Wang Jili got to know about Yibo's secret after being together just a year while he, his husband got to know it after more than five years of their marriage.
