Chapter - 53

Two Years Later

Xiao Zhan opened the door of his penthouse and entered inside the house. He closed the door and walked to the living room.

It was late at night but the lights of the living room was still on which meant that Wang Yibo had already went to bed.

Zhan kept his language on the side of the living room and walked to the bedroom with a new set of limited edition lego on his hand.

Zhan went to a business trip in abroad and came back tonight. He was supposed to come back tomorrow but he was missing Yibo so much. So, he quickly finished his works and came back late at night.

Zhan entered inside the bedroom and smiled when he saw Yibo sleeping on the bed. He kept the lego on the tea table and sat on the couch. He leaned his head on the backrest and closed his eyes to rest. He was too tired and wanted to go to bed immediately but he didn't want to go to bed before washing up.

Zhan just closed his eyes when he heard a whimpered. He frowned and opened his eyes. He stared at the bed. But he couldn't see clearly in the dark. So, Zhan stood up and went towards the bed.

Zhan frowned deepened when he saw that Yibo was sweating and whimpering in bed. He understood that Yibo was having a nightmare. So, he quickly sat on the bed and pulled Yibo on his arms.

"Yibo, Yibo, wake up." Zhan said while patting Yibo's cheek but Yibo didn't wake up.

Feeling the familiar warmth, Yibo snuggled into Zhan's chest and clenched Zhan's clothes tightly.

"I am here. I am here. Yibo is safe. Bobo is safe." Zhan mumbled while racking Yibo.

Slowly Yibo calmed down and Zhan breathed a sigh of relief. He stared down at Yibo and started to wonder why Yibo was starting to have nightmares again but he couldn't find any answer.

It was nearly 3 a.m. and Zhan was too tired to think anything. He slowly removed Yibo from his chest but Yibo whimpered and clenched his clothes more tightly.

Zhan sighed and with difficulty removed his suit. He left the suit to Yibo who hugged the suit tightly. Then he went to the bathroom to wash up.

After washing up, Zhan got on the bed and lie down. Then he pulled Yibo on his chest and soon fell asleep.

Yibo woke up and wanted to roll around the bed but frowned when he felt that someone was holding his waist tightly. He slowly opened his eyes and found himself on a human. He looked up and saw Zhan. He blinked in confusion and soon smiled when he realized that Zhan had come back.

"You are back." Yibo mumbled and started to tailed Zhan's face with his index finger.

"I missed you." Yibo mumbled and softly pressed his lips on Zhan's lips.

Yibo missed this man so much. This man had gone for two weeks and barely contacted him.

Yibo sighed happily and wanted to get up but Zhan was holding him tightly. He slowly removed Zhan's hands from his waist and got off the bed. Then his eyes fell on the lego set on the tea table and his eyes widen.

"Oh my god. Xiao Zhan." Yibo said loudly in excitement and Zhan woke up.

"Why are you shouting early in the morning, Yibo?" Zhan asked while frowning and sat up.

"This? Zhan you bought me this." Yibo said and turned around.

"Oh my god, Wang Yibo! What happened to you?" Zhan asked while staring at Yibo.
