Chapter - 58

Recently Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo were very busy as it was the end of the end. They had to summarize their companies activities and make plans for the next year. They also had to organize the annual party of their company.

Yesterday was the annual party of Wang Empire and today would be the annual party of Xiao Empire. Xiao Sheng was the in charge of hosting the party.

Sheng had been grounded for two months as a punishment for offending Yibo. He was also unofficially removed from his position as his punishment. It was his second work after his punishment was over.

Yibo was getting ready in the walk-in closet and Zhan was watching him while sitting on a couch. Zhan had gotten ready and he was waiting for Yibo.

"Today you are going to meet Xiao Sheng after that day. If you feel uncomfortable then tell me." Zhan said.

"Okay." Yibo said and turned around to face Zhan.

"Let's go." Yibo said and Zhan nodded his head.

Zhan and Yibo arrived at the party venue on time. They greeted the guests and got busy.

"Hello, CEO Xiao, Hello CEO Wang." Liu Ming said as he approached Zhan and Yibo with Feng Lin.

Yibo stared at Ming and Lin and frowned. He narrowed his eyes as he felt familiar with the two men but couldn't pin point it.

"Hello, Mr. Liu. Hello, Mr. Feng." Zhan said with a smile and Yibo stared at Zhan in confusion.

"Ah, Yibo. They are Xiao Empire's new partner. He is Mr. Liu Ming from Liu Corporation and he is Mr. Feng Lin from Feng Corporation. We just signed a project not long ago." Zhan said.

Hearing Zhan's words, Yibo slowly stared at Ming and Lin who were smiling at him. He froze on the place as he recognized them. Seeing them, Yibo felt cold all over his body. His throat felt dry and he couldn't speak a single work.

"Seems like CEO Wang remember us." Ming said with a smirk while Lin kept silent.

Lin didn't want to involve with Yibo. But Ming manipulated his father and he had to cooperate with Ming. But he  decided to only cooperate with Ming for the project and would stay away from him. It was because of Xiao Empire's annual party that he had to come in front of Yibo.

"Do you know each other?" Zhan asked curiously.

"No." Yibo said hastily and Zhan was surprised by Yibo's reaction.

"I am sad to hear that CEO Wang doesn't remember me." Ming said and Yibo gritted his teeth.

"I have met many people in my life. It's not possible for me to remember all of them." Yibo said.

"It's normal for CEO Wang to not remember us. Let's enjoy the party and not keep CEO Xiao and CEO Wang. They have other guests to attend." Lin said as he didn't want any conflict here.

"Then we won't keep you anymore." Ming said with a forced smile.

"Enjoy the party." Zhan and and Ming nodded his head.

As Ming and Lin went away, Yibo sighed in relief and felt all the energy left his body. He held Zhan's arms with both hands and leaned his head on Zhan's shoulder.

"What's wrong?" Zhan asked as he felt that something was wrong with Yibo.

"Zhan ge, I am not feeling well. Can I go back?" Yibo asked.

"What happened? Aren't you well just now?" Zhan asked and touched Yibo's forehead.

"Your body feels cold." Zhan said while frowning.
