Addiction is a cruel game
In which you can't let go of something
Just to be able to live
Can't people see that such an excuse is lame?
And worse, they believe that the damned packet of powder
Is their true happiness
Or at least, that it might make their heads more clear
Without even realizing that their state is so severe
They get caught up in the illusion that they can't escape
But they can
It's their choice whether or not they free themselves from these
Entangled chains
