It's not weird nor naive to want real friends
Not those you meet at lunch time
And don't know where their trust begins and ends
Fake friends that see you as just a ladder to climb
I don't care about the nonsense they talk about
I want a friendship that is not filled with constant doubt
A person who truly understands me
A friend who will stay with me even after the clock hits three
