kathryn pov: lately me and jai just ian been the same like we barely talking, when we do talk its the bare minimum, she still is a gentlewoman but its not the same, its really hard being a basketball girlfriend especially when she has bad days and long practices, and when she gets home all she wanna do is shower and sleep, i feel selfish for feeling like this and i also know this is our freshman so she trying extra hard to get notice by colleges, the first time we seen each other in 2 weeks, and she is sleeping she is beautiful, she rolled over and kissed me, she pulled me closer towards her, and laid a kiss on my lips i kissed her back she laid back down i could tell she was tired "baby" i said "hmmm" she said looking at me with her big brown eyes "do you still want to be together, because like it feel like we barely see each other or talk, and it just seems like your too busy for a girlfriend" i said looking at her i could see her heart dropped "i uh yea uhmm okay" she said stuttering it out "baby talk to me" i said "im not too busy for a girlfriend, im just busy i guess its just senior year; and i want maybe a scholarship to a cool university college you know, im sorry if you feel like i been neglecting you, i haven't really been trying to, i love you alot, i'll do better at time management so i have time for you, and we get a clear understanding of each other" she said looking at me she had tears in her eyes "baby i hear you i just wanted to know if you would like a bit of a break so you dan focus on basketball with no distractions mylove" i said "baby no i want it, its not a point of doing that baskrtball season almost over with just gimme a month please" she said with a tear dropping down "of course mylove i'll always be here to support from the inside it outside" i said grabbing her hand "okay baby i love you" she said "i love you more" i said pulling her head down so she could lay on my chest i laid there thinking i want my girl back but basketball had her heart before i did, so i have to support her its passion and shes pretty damn good at it, but i miss her its not like she's not trying its just we dont have alot of time together but as a girlfriend im going yo support my prettygirl, just then her phone rang off the charts it was her bestfriends jalexis and tyliyah i handed her, her phone "wassammm" jai said "heyyy" jalexis said "yoooo" tyliyah said "shiid yall trinna hoop?" tyliyah said "im down" jalexis said "i gotta asked my girll" she said "okay" jalexis said "lemme know some by 1" tyliyah said "fasho" jai replied they all hung up "mama" she said kissing me "hmmmmm" i said falling in her touch "do you feel like going to the park?" she asked "do you wanna hoop?" i asked her i knew she did but she would never admit it "it dont matter" she said "yes baby i do" i said i seen her eyes light up "okay" she said trying to contain her excitement she called tyliyah and jalexis back "what time we hooping?" jai asked "shit well i gotta pick up alexis at 12 soo 12:30?" tyliyah asked "works for me" jai said "thats cool my girl finna come over and i gotta teach her how to play basketball" jalexis said laughing "shiid you can't help that man" jai said laughing "unt unt leave my baby alone" jalexis said laughing "yall im dead asfk, why you girl dont know how to play basketball at allll" tyliyah said "she just a girl she just a girl" jalexis said "mmtch i'll see yall soon" jalexis said "okay" tyliyah said "ight" jai said "bae you wanna play?" she asked me "uhmmmmm i dont know how" i said "its okay ma, its about having fun" she said smiling "okay then yes!" i said "cmere lemme dress you" i said pulling her i grabbed some shorts and a tank top
