Viren's day began with a series of meetings at his office. As he reviewed resumes, one caught his eye - Avni Thakur, textile designer.
"Send her in," Viren instructed his secretary.
Avni entered, confident and stylish, with a hint of arrogance. "Hi, I'm Avni Thakur. You must be Viren Singhania."
Viren nodded, observing her demeanor. "That's right."
Avni's portfolio impressed Viren, but her attitude surprised him.
"I'm looking for a design position," Avni stated, flipping through her designs. "My skills are unmatched. You won't find anyone better."
Viren raised an eyebrow. "You're talented, but your demeanor concerns me."
Avni smirked. "I'm passionate about my work. You should be grateful I'm considering working here."
Viren's eyes narrowed. "Arrogance won't get you far, Miss Thakur."
Just then, Viren's secretary interrupted. "Sir, Pradyuman Thakur is on line 2."
Viren answered the call. "Pradyuman, how are you?"
Pradyuman's voice was warm. "Viren, I'm good. I sent Avni to your office today."
Viren's expression changed. "Avni Thakur? So you mean she is your cousin sister?"
Pradyuman chuckled. "Yes,The same. I'd appreciate it if you could guide her."
Viren's eyes locked onto Avni. "Consider it done."
Pradyuman continued, "She's talented but needs discipline. Help her channel her skills."
Viren nodded. "I'll take care of it."
Ending the call, Viren smirked.
"Avni," Viren began, "you have two options. Become my personal assistant or leave. Your attitude won't be tolerated."
Avni's eyes widened. "You can't dictate—"
Viren cut her off. "I can, and I will. Refuse, and I'll share your behavior with Pradyuman."
Avni's defiance faltered.
"I'll never agree to be your assistant," Avni said, crossing her arms.
Viren smiled. "We'll see about that."
He picked up the phone. "I'll call Pradyuman—"
Avni's eyes widened. "No, wait!"
Viren placed the phone down. "You'll write 'I will keep my attitude in check' 500 times. Then sign the joining letter."
Avni's face reddened. "That's ridiculous."
Viren's gaze was firm. "Non-negotiable."
Avni reluctantly took the notebook and pen.
As she began writing, her expressions changed from anger to frustration.
Finally, she finished.
Viren reviewed the notebook, then handed her the joining letter.
"Sign."
Avni signed, her expression subdued.
Viren smiled. "Now, let's begin."

"Karan's back from Oxford," Abhimanyu announced.
Yashraj welcomed Karan warmly. "We're proud of you, beta."
Nalini hugged Karan tightly. "We've missed you so much!"
Over dinner, Abhimanyu shared Karan's plans. "I have decided that Karan will intern under Viren if Viren agrees."
Viren nodded. "Ofcourse,I'll ensure he learns."
Ruhi teased Karan. "Aa Bhaiyu, you'll work under Bhaiya? He's too strict!"
Karan chuckled nervously.
Viren reinforced Ruhi's warning. "I expect dedication."
Karan's eyes widened, but Abhimanyu reassured him.
As the evening concluded, Karan felt excited and intimidated.
Nalini smiled warmly. "Welcome, Karan."
Yashraj patted Karan's back. "You're family now."
Karan grinned.
As Karan settled in, he thought about tomorrow.
"First day," he texted Abhimanyu.
