Karan faced a new challenge as senior assistant.
Viren assigned him a critical project.
"Karan, analyze market trends and predict future growth," Viren instructed.
Karan nodded, determined.
Avni offered help. "Karan, I can assist—"
Karan's expression turned stern. "No, Avni. I'll handle it."
Avni nodded, respecting Karan's authority.
Just then, Viren's manager announced, "Pradyuman sir has arrived."
Viren smiled. "Send him in."
Pradyuman entered, exchanging warm smiles with Viren.
"Viren, how's business?" Pradyuman asked.
Viren replied, "Growing steadily, Pradyuman."
Suddenly, Viren called Avni.
"Avni, come here," Viren said.
Avni rushed in, unaware of Pradyuman's presence.
"Sir, I was focusing on my work," Avni began.
"You disturbed me again. If the work isn't completed—"
Avni's tone turned argumentative.
Pradyuman's eyes widened, shocked.
Viren remained calm. "Avni, I called you for a reason."
Avni continued, oblivious. "You'll question me only."
Pradyuman's face darkened.
"Avni, enough!" Pradyuman thundered.
Avni spun, finally noticing her cousin.
"Pradyuman bhaiya!" Avni gasped.
Pradyuman's anger boiled. "How dare you speak to Viren like that?"
Avni's face fell.
Viren intervened. "Pradyuman, it's work-related."
Pradyuman's gaze narrowed .that doesn't give Avni the right to disrespect you Viren ."
Avni apologized quietly.
Pradyuman turned to Viren. "Sorry, Viren. Family matters."
Viren smiled. "Understood, Pradyuman."
As Pradyuman left, Avni looked chastened.
Viren's expression turned serious. "Avni, respect is key."
Avni nodded, humbled.
Later, Karan approached Avni.
"Avni, your behavior was unacceptable," Karan said sternly.
Avni looked down.
Karan continued, "You disrespected Viren sir."
Avni's eyes welled up.
"I know, Karan. I lost control," Avni admitted.
Karan's tone softened. "We all make mistakes."
Avni nodded.
Determined to make amends, Avni went to Viren's cabin.
She knocked.
"Enter," Viren said.
Avni entered, holding her ear.
"Sir, I'm deeply sorry," Avni began.
Viren looked up, surprised.
"I was wrong to speak to you like that," Avni continued.
Viren's expression softened.
"Apology accepted, Avni."
Avni smiled, relieved.
Viren added, "But remember, respect is key."
Avni nodded vigorously.
Then Avni requested, "Sir, may I ask something?"
Viren raised an eyebrow. "Go on."

"Please call Bhaiya Pradyuman and tell him you're not angry with me," Avni said.Viren's expression turned curious. "Why?"
Avni's eyes pleaded. "So he'll forgive me too."
Viren chuckled. "You're really trying to make amends."
Avni nodded vigorously.
Viren smiled. "Alright."
He dialed Pradyuman's number.
"Pradyuman, it's Viren," Viren said.
"I'm not angry with Avni," Viren continued.
"She's learned her lesson."
Pradyuman's voice echoed through the speaker.
"Viren, thanks for intervening."
"Tell Avni I forgive her."
Viren smiled. "I will."
He turned to Avni. "Pradyuman forgives you."
Avni's face lit up.
"Thank you, Sir!" Avni exclaimed.
Viren's expression softened.
"Avni, forgiveness is key."
Avni nodded, grateful.
Karan watched, proud of Avni's growth.
