I was deep myself in deep meditation and prayer - unable to sleep. The motel that Axel and I had rented was a lonely place, biting back the boredom of reality. I blamed my lack of sleep on my neck hurting, due to my pillow being bad. Once I was able to sleep, my thoughts wandered to the Rainbow Bridge.

I notice the bubbles of reality are colliding with each other, and I see blurred images of different wizards and realities changing to a single realm. It felt intense.

My mind wandered back to the battle and to the Angels dragging the Guardians to Hell. I honestly felt bad for Jasper even though our energies clashed. He didn't deserve to be brought to actual 'Hell' and I wanted nothing more than to get him out.

I saw vivid images of the gods battling all the Guardians. Jasper was in the middle of it with his friends ready to fight as well. I wasn't there physically, but I could tell the realm was collapsing. Gods were fighting Angels, throwing elements that hit the brilliant forms of light. It was a phenomenal show, and my awestruck feelings were drawing me into the scene.

I prayed to God then, so that we would be able to help. To imagine a world without magic, well, it was almost impossible to comprehend. Surely God would want us to help our friend.

That's how I and several others teleported to the realm of Genesis. Sure, she wouldn't be able to see us, but that didn't mean that we wouldn't be able to have an impact.

To say Amair's reality is frustrating is a severe understatement. The Holy Spirit had been quiet since I arrived, and all I could think was "I don't even have my astral body to fight with." I held my hand to my face, afraid of being caught by the Angels as betraying my holy duty.

Granted, we should have called it a miracle. "Should." Being rescued from the Apocalypse, brought to an extremely boring world, told that we can go about our lives without having any connection to magic. We knew better though, and it was that energy that dragged us to Hell. My friends were mostly in a dream-like state however, with only Carmen being the most sentient of all of them. The rest of them wandered around Genesis realm as if they were sleep-walking.

Suddenly, like a loud boom that banged from the heavens, I am knocked off my feet by the voice of the Holy Spirit speaking through me.

Don't you know that I am the Lord your God? the Spirit asks. I have known everyone from the moment of birth. The plan of God has been written over all of you. Every purpose, every action and reaction has been a plan of the Lord. Every creature big and small, all beings in existence, every star in the sky is under the jurisdiction of God.

God, I ask. These beings have divorced themselves from you. They have created a false world, a world that is dying. They worship idols that are far away from you, and they do not know the testament to your Glory. They do not know that the love you have for us is far superior to any love we have for each other or this universe.

Don't you know that it is the Will of the Lord for you to walk through the Gates of Hell and proclaim God's glory? The Lord is with you in all ways, and the strength of the Lord will follow his followers wherever they go.

I should have known. It was not by our own will that we got here, but by asking the request of God. By believing in ourselves and understanding that God had our highest goods in mind, I was able to see clearly why I hadn't heard from God in all those years - having suddenly learned that all I needed to do was ask. God rewarded those who believed in him by understanding the nature of faithfulness - by going through a dark night of the soul of the soul and still recognizing that you are intimately created and kept together by the promise of God's love for the world.

"I remember when Arkethia had told me for the first time that I was her kid," mused Axel. "I had spent my entire life trying to avenge myself against her, only to realize that there was this other version of me who loved me fully and seeked for me to be a better man. She took a man that was focused on vengeance and taught me forgiveness."
