While attempting to dodge Antonio and everyone else, I come across Jackie freaking out as me in the library. I calm her down a bit and then we decide this could be related to the stories being told so we look at them.

"It's all my fault this happened," says Jackie, crying into her hands. "I wanted something spicy to happen. I thought that I could project my feelings about love onto Naomi's issues without remembering that what works for me doesn't necessarily work for Naomi. Now I am far away from my own husband. He probably thinks that I don't love him anymore!!!"

So dramatic. I cannot imagine losing your entire cool about a guy. I mean they are married! Does she think that he's going to leave her for someone else? What kind of things did he do to make her think that?

"Don't worry about it," I say, patting my own back. God, is this how my muscles feel? I feel good! I could get a hard on from touching myself like this alone.

"Naomi is going to kill me when she finds out I'm in your body!" exclaims Jackie theory the tears. Then my body sniffs her body and she asks "Why do you smell like B.O.? Don't you know anything? I can't be smelling like this. People would think I'm insane! I already have my Aunt Josephine..."

"I couldn't bring myself to shower as you," I say. "Then I wouldn't be able to resist touching you. Plus you're married. I'm supposed to marry your friend."

"Fair," says Jackie. "I have a great ass. I'm not gonna lie."

I sink lower into my chair in the hopes of willing myself anywhere but this conversation we are having.

We all were perusing over the Time Guardian's story. Ozara seemed deep in thought about it, saying that it lined up with all the stories she used to hear.

Jasper (in Sol's body) was attempting to talk to Ozara while Axel regarded him with a very stern non-Axel look.

Jackie broke the silence with "What if we are supposed to do something crazy? If this Legendary Time Guardian person can't help us then Naomi still has a bunch of the Time Guardians here. What if we used them to time travel? Wouldn't they want to fix their worlds if they could? What if we have to do find a way to get to the past and change everything?"

"I doubt they would be able to do anything even if they could on their own," I respond. "I briefly how it went for those with Naomi; there were mindless drones under her control watching their realities collapse with no real choice in the matter."

The thought of further time travel is insane, nearly impossible concept but what if it isn't? What if we could undo the trigger of the virus or even? Is there a way to use time travel outside the timelines and without the time travel agency.

Jasper says suddenly "There is a place like that! Deorum - the God planet. Axel said so."

No sooner had this left his mouth Axel flipped around so fast that he smacked his twin hard with his wing on the forehead exclaiming, "Ow!" "Sorry, also no bad idea. I should never have never told you about that."

"Let's keep throwing out other ideas," I say.

Suddenly we were interrupted by Carman slamming through the door with tentacles filing books in all direction.

"Adam is missing one of you better have an explanation for where he is and why not a single one of you was watching him!l" Her angry gaze hit Axel (Jasper). "You? What happened to I can handle watching him huh?"

She flipped bird boy into a shelf and he knocked over several books on magic plants.

"Don't kill me for asking but how'd he get out that fast? It is impenetrable to his magic he had to have had help to escape. So who helped him do it?" asked Sol (Axel).

"What makes you think we did it?" asks Carmen. "I made an announcement to the whole ship to look for him and you were conveniently in the one place the speakers were not. I wanted one in here but Naomi destroyed it each time."

Before any of us could react, there was a flash of light and then the twins disappeared there was a note.

Dear mortal wizards,
Your friends are at the counsel of the gods because they have cosmic powers that we need to deal with. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will inform you of their fate as soon as time allows. If you would like to consult to the gods please build altars we wouldn't say no to burn offering either. We will send our messenger Hermes with our response. Any question can go to the altar you have dedicated to us.
Sincerely, the Gods

I couldn't believe this - the way they casually said that. As if they had borrowed books and not just kidnapped 4 people. Immortal are the worst. It's like they don't even know humans at all.   Up until this point, I had no clue if they were real but I guess it's just as well.
That is, if there any like the Marvel movies: We had better be careful!

Right on cue, the room shakes.

"Oh, so, we aren't human?" asks Carmen, screaming up into the void. "They think we are stupid, huh? Are you even hearing yourselves?"

You are acting like children bickering over books. No wonder the Council of the Gods is walking right over you, says the Naomi-Tree. I can get you to Deorum and I can make sure the Gods don't notice you there. Maybe you will get some respect from immortals and see how they balance things there or get blasted to dust. You better not die though. I have more plans for all of you in my story and for the ones who were kidnapped. Did you really not think to just ask for my help? I am a literal tree goddess and you said no! Were just gonna talk about stories and an endless library; or a book you thinks more than a living tree of knowledge!?

We were then teleported to Deorum and Naomi cast a spell so we could come in undetected. Carmen had to take her children to the rest room, but most of us just hurried inside. We happened to come into a trial case where an ominous looking dark figure stood crouched over in his cage, his red eyes glaring menacingly at the Gods surrounding him.

Having been switched back, it is clear that whomever was in charge of Jasper knew that it was not really him in his form. I'm assuming it's Hades from the way he animatedly and obviously talks to his wife Persephone about Jasper.

"Goddesses and random guests," announces Odin, Judge of the Court of the Gods, "I present to you the Grim Reaper - 'Harvester of Souls." reaper harvester of souls.

There is a silence and audible gasps of fear all around. I hear a familiar laugh, dark and creepy, the same one I had heard from the shadows on the ship."Forgive me but you all are immortals. Are you really holding me captive because you are scared of Death?" asks the dark form revealing himself in his changing visage of form. He appears to be sick, having a headache, as if he didn't know how he had gotten in here. I figure it must be a side effect of the cage he is in.

I hear a gasp from the wizards I was with. Is that Jasper? It was! The shadow that usually accompanied him now covered him like a cloak and a hood, and if they didn't call him by name I would have mistaken him to be someone else. His form looked otherworldly much more similar to the ghost that he hung out with than a human.

He seemed confused for a second looking at his own image in the screen, seeing himself locked up in his cage and scowling.

"Where are we? Sol, I'm gonna kill you," says Jasper.

"Here ye, here ye," calls Odin. "This calls to the Council of the Gods the arrival of this here Death. A grim reaper among many, this Jasper had arrived here after escorting a plethora of others in his midst including demons and others - wizards and guardians alike. The variety of whom have been banned from Deorum for many years."

The Gods have 'Death' captive in a courtroom. Then the words sunk in of what they called him - The Grim Reaper. I just thought he was kind of a spooky guy with emotional issues, not death himself. I was shocked.

"So you know who I am already then. That makes this easier on me.  Most mortals never see it coming when faced with Death. I take it I must be a very strange concept to you all being gods you live for thousands of years."

His eyes were glowing red - just taking in the many reactions to this information. Then, with a deep breath, he began to explain everything.
