Now i'm tired
Don't want to be alone
Anymore
I'm done trying to be
The light in everyone's life
Am i really meant
To love everyone
But without anyone loving me back?
I'm always the one
Who picks up the pieces
Who is the cheerleader
But oh my God
Who's the cheerleader for me?
Who makes it easy for me to smile?
Who is the sun in my life?
I just want to be
For once
The one cared for
I want someone who brightens up my days
I want to be someone's prayer
I want to be someone's wish
Someone's dream
I want to be
Someone's everything
I want to be
For once
The one listened to
The one held
The one cared for
I want to melt
Into someone's arms
And feel like i'm finally home
Where i belong
Where my heart is safe
And i can be myself
I can take my armour down
I can break my walls
I can push my limits
Because i know
He will be there
For me
Anyway
In any way
I just want to rely on someone
Emotionally
Not to depend
To rely
To know he's there's, really there
When i need him
He just gets me
Like nobody can
He's where i am
Finally able
To breathe
Someone who stops the noise in my mind
Calms my heart
Ground me
And ease my anxiety
Someone
Where i am
Safe
Just safe
That's all i want.
