Umm waise to maan mera
Phele bhi raaton mein
Aksar hi chahat ke haan
Sapne Sanjota tha
Phele bhi dhadkan yeh
Dhun koi gaati thi
Par abb jo hota hai woh
Phele na hota tha
Hua hai Tujhe jo bhi jo bhi
Mujhe bhi is paar hua
To na main bhi keh doon keh doon
hua mujhe bhi pyaar hua
Tera hone laga hoon...
Khone Laga hoon...
Jab se mila hoon... ✨💗

Enjoy! ❤️

Author's Pov

After a small celebration for the success of their small mission, they all went to do their respective duties. However, Chhaya asked Akshita and Avyay to stay back a little longer as she had something to say. Akshita and Avyay exchanged nervous glances as their mind raced with multiple possibilities, watching Chhaya's serious expression. The weight of the silence was too much to handle.

"Dadi maa, kya baat hai?" Akshita broke the unbearable silence between them, her voice low. "Oye, Nalayak! Tune Akshita se kya kaha ki usne tujhe sufe per sulaya?!" Chhaya finally spoke, as Akshita and Avyay were stunned hearing her, their eyes wide open. They looked at each other, as if asking how she knew. They both gulped hard as sweat beads appeared on their foreheads.

"Chup kyu ho tum dono?" Chhaya's tone clearly indicated that she was in no mood to joke around. "Akshita, Ye toh batane se raha. Tum batao, did he fight with you?" Akshita's heart skipped a beat, now that her attention was on her.

"A..vo-v...D-Dadi maa.." Akshita shattered, trying hard to think of an excuse, but her mind went blank. "Haan, bolo" Akshita chanted God's name internally as she looked at Avyay for some help. "Hume maaf kar dijiye!" Suddenly, Avyay blurted out as Chhaya's and Akshita's heads snapped in his direction. "Kya?!" They both exclaimed simultaneously.

"Haan, Dadi maa. Vo actually hamari ladai hui thi aur ye humse naraz thi, that's why I slept on the couch," Avyay explained to both of them, and Akshita's
mouth opened slightly in appreciation of how well he lied; even she would have been convinced if she didn't know the truth. Chhaya stood up abruptly, and twisted his ear, making him wince.

"Aaa! Dadi maa, Chhoriye! Meine toh maafi bhi mangli," He let out in urgency. "But she didn't forgive you till now! Mujhe pata tha, tune hi kuch kia hoga," Still in pain, Avyay looked at Akshita with pleading eyes, gesturing towards Chhaya. "Dadi maa, humne unhe maaf kar diya hai, please leave him!" Akshtia tried stopping her, but her struggle went in vain.

Chhaya didn't stop as Avyay looked at Akshita for help. Akshita grabbed Chhaya's arms to make her stop. "Dadi maa, rukiye! Please," She said. They all looked a complete mess. Finally after what felt like an eternity, Akshita was successful in breaking them apart and Avyay took a breath of relief, caressing his ear, which was now slightly red.

Akshita huffed, resting her hands on her hips, and wiped the sweat off her forehead. "Dadi maa, aapne toh meri aatma se sareer nikal diya tha!" Avyay let out, breathing heavily while Chhaya was too busy glaring at him. "Kya?!" Akshita said. "I mean, sareer se aatma nikal di thi!" Avyay corrected himself.

"Akshita, agar isne firse tumhe pareshan kiya toh seedha mere paas aana!" Saying this, Chhaya again tried to took hold of his another ear, but he quickly ran away for his life. "Aaa!"
Akshita laughed and shook her head, watching how cute he looked.

Akshita's POV

"Maa, now you should also go and sleep," I said, and Maa smiled in return before nodding. Maa left the kitchen as I grabbed a glass of water before gulping it down my throat. Turning off the lights, I made my way to our room.
And as I entered the room, I saw no one, it was empty. I entered fully, scanning the room to see if he was there or not.
