किसी शायर की ग़ज़ल, जो दे रूह को सुकूँ के पल...!
कोई मुझ को यूँ मिला है जैसे बंजारे को घर...!~AUTHOR~
The majestic and elegantly decorated hall radiated warmth and joy. The atmosphere was filled with
excitement, anticipation and the slow murmurings of the guests. The wall were adorned with intricate floral patterns, and the floor was beautifully decorated with vibrant rugs, leading to a gracefully decorated stage. The hall was bathed in a soft, golden lighting, with a huge sparkling chandeliers that added a touch of luxury. The air was filled with a sweet smell of roses and the soft rhythm of music playing in the back ground.
Amidst the crowded hall, there stood Avyay at one of the corners, having a discussion with his brother, an ear to ear smile not leaving his face as he tried to hide the pink hue covering his neck and ears.
"Avyay, Mr. Oberoi is looking forward to---" Shlok was interupped by an unexpected phone call as he excused himself, leaving Avyay.
Since morning, he has been unable to control the growing excitement within him about getting engaged to the love of his life. He never imagined he would also love someone but here he is falling head over heels for that girl who captured his heart. He wanted to scream out loud that yes, he's in love with his girl, deeply and madly.
"Bhaww!" Avyay jumped in his place, frightened by the sudden yell, and his hand automatically reached out to hit the person who did that.
"Ouch!" The person exclaimed, rubbing the area where Avyay just hit.
"Pagal wagal hai kya tu?!"
Avyay said, totally annoyed by his friend's act.[Are you crazy?!]
"Haan, isiliye toh tera dost hoon!" Arav Malhotra, Avyay's friend, replied while grinning sheepishly causing Avyay to roll his eyes.
[Yes, that's why I'm your friend!]"Mujhe abhi bhi lag raha hai ki mein koi sapna dekh raha hoon jisme tu shhadi kar raha hai," Arav spoke, keeping his hand on Avyay's shoulder but he immediately jerked it away.
[I still feel like I'm dreaming in which you are getting married,]
"Achcha? Matlab tu khade khade, nachte nachte bhi sapne dekhta hai?" Avyay spat, sarcasm dripping from his tongue as he let out those words out while Arav just shrugged it off.
[Really? Meaning, you dream even while standing and dancing too?]
Avyay looked over Arav's shoulder, and a small smile graced his lips. Observing this, Arav turned around only to spot his twin brother, Vihaan Malhotra, walking towards them, with his hands in his pockets.
