Chapter 28

The night approached quickly and you was heading to the house master study to meet up with Sebastian and Ciel. You kept quiet and vigilant on your way there not wanting to be seen and arouse suspicion. You soon arrived and knocked on the door in a secret code so they knew it was you then awaited to be called in.

"Come in" you heard Sebastian say and you quickly scurry in the room closing the door behind you.

You look up to see Ciel sat at the desk, tie and top button of his shirt undone and Sebastian stood the other side of the desk.

"What is the update?" you ask standing next to Sebastian.

"We had a spot of luck. The P4 have called on me" Ciel states "It's at 4 o'clock tomorrow"

"Hm. So I heard" you say as your face darkened slightly as you remember the sketchy Blonde.

Ciel sips his tea and looks at you, analysing your reaction but not commenting on it.

"Sebastian is going to br teaching and as your working I want you to keep an ear out for anything being saidbas normal" Ciel informs you and you nod "Good, you are dismissed for the night"

You work the next as normal but had an unsettling feeling the whole time but it was confirmed when the evening came and you rendezvous with Ciel and Sebastian.

"Dammit all!" Ciel exclaimed angrily as he threw down the basket "He played me!"

You watch with a frown as Ciel walked around the desk and sit down in the chair.

"I never should have taken him on his word" he says ruffling his fingers in his hair shouting in frustration as Sebastian chuckles.

"My heart bleeds master" Sebastian says with a smirk "you didn't even think to raise your guard all because he is a student"

You watch as Sebastian approaches Ciel carrying a tray containing a cup of tea and a sweet treat for the young lord.

"People always envy those who excell" Sebastian says as he approaches the desk placing the tray placing the tray onto it "It's not as though you haven't encountered this before."

Cirl grits his teeth growling in anger as you watch silently.

I knew I didn't trust that little shit and he was bad news.. You thought in irritation.

"You could speak to your cousin, explain things" Sebastian suggests.

"What because brickwalls are famous for changing their minds?" Ciel say picking up his spoon "No, I can't unbreak the appointment"

"Understood, will you be letting the matter drop then?" Sebastian questions.

"Of course not!" Ciel exclaims stabbing the strawberry rather aggressively "I will have the prefects eating out if my hand in due time and I will settle my account with Cole too"

Ciel says with sly smile as he lift up the strawberry to his mouth and put the whole thing into his mouth, leaves, stem and all as he bites the fork rather hard making you cringe slightly.
