"Whatcha painting for our art task?"
Taehyun paused in his ministrations, looking at his seatmate.
"Hmm?"
His seatmate, who (to at first his dismay) was Min Kyungsoo, the same guy who realized it when the ravenette had passed out two years ago, pointed at the canvas Taehyun was filling in with lots of blue and gray paint.
"You're using a lot of blue and gray acrylics for your painting."
"Yeah. Cuz I'm painting the ocean."
Kyungsoo perched a brow.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Oh... how come that place is so meaningful for you?"
Their art task after all was to paint the place that holds the most meaning to them.
"It's where I was found. And where I was healed," Taehyun simply stated, dipping his brush into his water cup.
"Huh."
He shrugged his shoulders, before reverting his focus on his own painting.
Taehyun stole a glance at Kyungsoo's canvas.
It was in different shades of purple, with minimalistic touches of pink and white blended into it, giving the work a galactic feel to it.
"And yours?"
Taehyun believed it was only fair to ask, just to make it equal.
"A galaxy far far away. Not the Star Wars galaxy though," Kyungsoo added.
"I figured. Star Wars from a spacey perspective looks almost identical to our galaxy, just with different planets and far more advanced technology."
His remarks made Kyungsoo chuckle a bit.
"Yeah... I fantasize about this galaxy a lot."
He glanced at Taehyun.
"Mind if I share this with you?"
Taehyun pointed at himself, almost smudging a flick of paint on his shirt (silly him forgot to put on an apron).
"Me? Why not your guys?"
"I don't think they'll understand."
"Oh..."
Kyungsoo looked back at his artwork, eyes transcending the colors.
"In this galaxy, people are free to love whoever they want. Free of any bounds society, religion and other beliefs try to place on them."
Those words hit Taehyun hard.
And it hinted something to him that Kyungsoo was trying to say.
"Do you think it's possible to create this galaxy on our earth?" Taehyun asked.
