Kavya emerged from the bathroom, a soft smile playing on her lips as she stifled a giggle. She blush as she remembered the intimate moments shared with Arjun inside. But as her eyes met her reflection in the mirror wearing a bathrobe, her smile faltered, replaced by a look of uncertainty.

Her cheeks, once slim and defined, had taken on a rounder shape. Her hair, once glossy and vibrant, now seemed lacklustre and tired. She traced her fingers along the curves of her body, feeling the unfamiliar weight that came with carrying twins. Kavya felt a pang of insecurity wash over her as she struggled to reconcile this new image of herself with the one she had always known.

Arjun emerged from the bathroom, a white towel wrapped around his waist, his eyes locking onto Kavya's reflection in the mirror.

Kavya voiced her concerns, her words tinged with a hint of self-criticism.

"Arjun, my face is becoming a cubby and I grow fat around my body "

Arjun is busy in getting into his clothes and changing." Come on, you are pregnant Of course you will put some weight"

"I'm looking so unattractive"

Arjun approached her from behind, wrapping his arms around her and resting his chin on her shoulder as they both gazed at their reflections.

He brushed a stray strand of hair away from her face, his touch gentle and reassuring. "But I love this new look on you, Kavya," he murmured. "Your chubby cheeks make me want to kiss them all day long.."

His words stirred something deep within her, a mix of warmth and gratitude. But despite Arjun's love and acceptance, Kavya couldn't shake the lingering doubts that clouded her mind. She knew she needed to learn to embrace this new version of herself, to find beauty and strength in the changes her body was undergoing.

"Don't lie to me, i can see myself in the mirror" Kavya makes a face.

"Who told you this? just Look At Us,we are looking like f****** gorgeous couple, I'm a handsome hunk and you, hot and sexy girl"

As she looked into Arjun's eyes, brimming with love and admiration, she felt a sense of security wash over her.

Arjun manoeuvred through the sleek, modern kitchen of his penthouse, expertly mixing the ingredients for the cheesecake Kavya had been craving, right now she went skincare in the parlour.

The rich aroma of vanilla and cream cheese filled the air, mingling with the sounds of bustling city life floating in through the open windows.

Beside him, Rana leaned against the counter, sipping on a glass of red wine as he watched Arjun work his culinary magic. "So, how was the business trip to America?" Rana inquired, his tone laced with curiosity.

Arjun glanced up from his task, his brow furrowing slightly as he considered his response. "It was good. We had some positive meetings and potential deals on the horizon," he replied, his voice tinged with a hint of excitement. "But there's still work to be done. We need to make sure we can crack this deal."

Rana nodded in understanding, swirling the wine in his glass thoughtfully. "Sounds like you've got your hands full then. Must be challenging balancing work and family, especially with twins on the way," he commented, his gaze shifting to the balcony where the city lights twinkled in the distance.

Arjun paused in his whisking, a flicker of concern crossing his features. "It's a juggling act, but Kavya has been so understanding and supportive. She knows how important this deal is for the future of the company," he explained, a sense of gratitude evident in his voice.
