Kindly ignore the mistake as I couldn't proof read.

The farmhouse felt almost chaotic with the sound of dhol, servants rushing around, last-minute decorations and preparations but it was undoubtedly a beautiful chaos. The farmhouse was massive and screamed opulence. The time was 6 Pm, it was already 4 PM when they arrived at Aliboug. Her family had taken up the first floor of the massive farm house, while his was settled on the second. In the sprawling garden downstairs, a mandap had been set up, it had pastel pink drapes with pink, white and peach colored rose garlands.

Ever since the family had agreed to the wedding at around 10 in the morning, it had been a marathon. A frenzied rush to get everything in place. Thanks for the kind of manpower and influence his family had, things had fallen into place with ease. Last-minute shopping,jewelry,outfits,decorations-everything had been arranged in a matter of hours, as though the universe itself had decided there was no time to second guess to this decision.

She was sitting on a chair in her room and absent mindedly tracing the mehendi on her palm, which she had applied before leaving Mumbai. The entire situation felt surreal to her, she had grown up watching Bollywood love stories and loved reading romantic novels and Fairytales but never had she imagined that her own story would unfold like this. Her man could give any fictional hero a run for his money.

She looked at her palm again, the design was simple, with his initial, 'S',it looked dark against her palm. Her fingers traced the dark 'S' in her mehendi, the only thing of him she had with her right now. The day had been crazy,Haldi, rituals, their relatives and friends coming and going but through it all, one thing was constant, her missing him.She traced the mehendi on her palm again"kahan ho,I need to see you" she murmured. Even in the morning, when she was picking out her lehenga, she had wanted to call him to ask what he would like to see her in. But when she texted him, all he said was"Surprise me." So, she had chosen a deep red lehenga as she wanted to be a classic red bride.

She then smiled to herself like a fool thinking about the fact that she was actually getting married to his Prince charming.Maya had told her that The makeup artist would be here any minute, and then, in just a few hours and she would be his bride.

"Shehnaaz Didi! You know Sidharth has your name on his palm!" Sara came running in, and climbed onto the seat beside her.

"Tum milke aayi?" she asked getting a little excited.

"Yes!"she said.

"Kahan pe,Kya kar rahe hain?"she asked next.

"Downstairs,he was talking to someone and then I ran upstairs and look, what I got !"Sara grinned mischievously, holding up a pair of slippers like a treasure.

"Yeah Kya hai?" Shehnaaz asked

"Dadi said if I take his jootis, he has to give me gifts!"she replied with a grin.

"Really! What are you going to ask for?"Shehnaaz asked with a smile.

"Hmm... a dollhouse, and a huge Elsa doll!" Sara replied.

"Wait a second... these aren't his wedding shoes!....Sara, tumne galat footwear utha liya! Wedding mein jootey chhupane hote hain, slippers nahi!" Shehnaaz giggled.Sara's eyes widened in horror as she looked at the slippers in her hands.

"But... but these were in his room." She pouted.

"These are just his regular slippers! Wedding attire ke Saath pehenne wale shoes chupane hote hote hain" Shehnaaz made her understand.

"Oh no! That means he won't give me gifts?" Sara asked.Shenaaz was about to say something when Sara started again.

"Dadi didn't tell me which shoes, she just said shoes." she said getting disheartened.
