Custody hearing (2) and celebration

Today was the second day of the hearing and the decision had to be made who will Daniella be living with. I was still tired from yesterday but i knew I had to face the jury today and caleb. I dressed Daniella in a onesie which said im mommy's cheeky monkey on it and a little hat i wrapped her in a blanket and put her her in carseat so I could give her a bottle. After I fed her i made my way to court to face the music once again.

We arrived this time my dad drove us and again like yesterday we met everybody at the court. "Bethany Metcalf." The counsellor called my name and again we made our way to the court room and saw the judge had a decision for us. "Welcome back the jury has now come to a decsion senator Mason."

A tall stocky man about middle aged was giving us a verdict."Thank you your honour we have a decision for the court. Given the circumstances Mr Black has not made a effort to come and apologize to Miss Metcalfe for the way he acted towards her and his unborn child so Miss Metcalf had the right being the mother of the child could deny access to her so the decision we have made is that Miss metcalf shall have full custody of Daniella and Mr Black shall only see her onnce a week with supervision thank you your honour."

Yes that was so great that my daughter was staying with me and not Caleb. I could not express of how happy I was..I got Daniella and walked out and walked up to my dad Jenny Ash and Alicia and literally screamed "I GET TO KEEP HER I GET TO KEEP MY DAUGHTER." I could tell by their faces that they were so happy. "Yes we are keeping squirt and the cutest baby ever. " Ash said "Hey guys can you look after her a second i need to tell caleb something." I left Daniella with Ash and walked up to caleb. "Hey look no hard feelings i just wanted to say that im not going to argue anymore so im breaking up with you." "Your what just because of her your so shallow you know that."
"That "her" is your daughter and the fact you called me shallow is that you cant handle the fact our baby is living with my family and her mother. You know what i don't see what i ever saw in you deal with it decsion has been made grow up caleb goodbye." I walked away before he could say anything else.

"What was that about?" Alicia asked i replied confidently "oh that i told him whats what and i broke up with him no point hauling rubbish around is there." With a smile on her face my best friend and I walked out with the rest of my supporters with happiness.

We all got in our cars and drove back to my parents house to break the news to my mom and grumped up 14 year old sister. I let my dad bring in Daniella while I burst in with the news "MOM MAISY WE WON WE ARE KEEPING DANIELLA ISN'T THAT GREAT!" My mom was over the moon my sister not so much.

We all got ready to go out for a meal to celebrate my victory in court. Alicia helped me get Daniella ready. We chose the purple dress and black legfings along with her little converse with a little purple hat and mittens she looked so cute. After Daniella was ready me and Alicia got ready we wore the dresess we wore for prom. After an hour we came down to everyone Daniella was laughing and gurgling to her self.

We left for the restaurant which was the one and only The bale It was the best restaurant ever. We got all into our seperate cars and drove to the restaurant there were 3 cars there was our car, Ashs moms car with there family and Alicias das car with there family. We were celebrating together as one big family.

I was so happy it was a shame that caleb isnt here to see this incredible moment a a big family. The enviroment that Daniella will grow up in a big loving family. We ate and had fun as big family after the meal we all went home so tired even Daniella was tired she started being cranky. Once we got home I jusy simply changed her and put her to bed since she just fed.

We all went to bed all so tired.Daniella was sleeping much better through the nights to which was a bonus. Today was the best day ever and I never want it to end.

Yes Daniella is living with her mother.
