-#[Jungkook's pov]:
"Can we do that, love?" I muttered against her forehead. "...please..." my voice came out lower than I intended. The silence between us was only making my heartbeat faster.
But then in response all she did was grip on my hand tightly, her fingers curling around mine, a silent answer I didn't need words for. My lips claimed hers once again, slow but deliberate, conveying everything I couldn't put into words.
This was it-no barriers, no resistance, just her and me in this moment.
I could feel her relax under me, the tension in her body melting away as her hands slid up my chest, clutching at the fabric of my shirt, pulling me impossibly closer, taking me aback.
It was as if the walls she'd built around herself were finally crumbling, brick to brick, leaving nothing but her bare soul before me.
Breaking the kiss, I rested my forehead against hers, catching my breath. "You feel it too," I murmured, my voice hoarse with emotions. "Don't you?"
In this entire moment her answer was just silence but I didn't mind it because I can understand even her silence.
Even if she refused to say it aloud, I already knew her answer. She didn't need words to convey it-I could hear it in the silence between us, see it in the way her body responded to mine.
Taking a deep, steadying breath, I leaned in and pressed my lips to hers once again, this time with more tenderness, gently parting them as I murmured, "I missed you...I missed us..." before capturing her lips in a deeper, more fervent kiss.
She didn't pull back. She didn't resist. That was all the permission I needed. My trembling hands found the buttons of her shirt, slowly undoing them one by one.
My chest tightened as uncertainty gnawed at me. What if she stopped me now? What if she rejected me again?
Breaking the kiss briefly, I met her gaze, my voice dropping to a whisper. "I need you to look at me..." Her unblinking, nervous eyes stayed locked on mine, her silence giving me the reassurance I sought. I drew in a shaky breath, trying to calm the storm raging inside me.
This woman...she had a power over me that I couldn't explain. She didn't even need to speak, and I'd do anything for her. She had me completely undone.
As I pushed her shirt off her shoulders, revealing more of her skin, my heart raced uncontrollably. My fingers found the buttons of my own shirt, undoing them as my eyes stayed locked on hers.
I needed her to see me, to look into my eyes, to know this wasn't just about desire-it was about everything I felt for her.
It was about her. My everything.
I unbuckled my belt, my eyes never leaving hers, scanning her face for any sign of hesitation or discomfort. I wanted her to understand-not just through words but through every action-that this wasn't about physicality alone. It was about trust, about love, about letting her feel everything I couldn't fully express.
Standing to slide my pants down, leaving myself in only boxers, I hesitated for a moment before speaking. "If you want me to stop..." The words caught in my throat. I couldn't finish them because deep down, I feared hearing her answer.
Swallowing hard, I let the silence linger, then stepped back toward her, my vulnerability laid bare.
Kneeling beside her again, my hand found her bare shoulder, my touch soft and cautious as I helped her ease out of the remaining barriers between us. I moved gently, my fingers trembling slightly.
