Writing with a Purpose: Summer Edition

Today is the birthday of the woman who gave birth to me! My mom is literally the hottest 38 year old, just saying. I love my mom so much, despite all the things I say. She can be so damn annoying, that's for sure, but I know I wouldn't make it in the world without her, ya feel me? I really want her to get home. I wish she could spend this birthday with all our family in New York ): 

Anyway, school is literally less than 2 weeks away I think. Or maybe two weeks? I don't know to be honest, I'm kind of just throwing a guess out there. I'm actually really excited! It's my junior year, my dad is gonna be picking up the kids for me now so I can finally work after-school, I'm going to be preparing for college now. It's a lot of new things happening and I'm a tad nervous but mostly ready to face the year. I already know what colleges I want to choose from. I'm not leaving state to go to college because honestly that's ridiculous. I rather be near my parents around this time, just in case let's say I lose my apartment cause I get fired or something. Where would I go in some other state? It's just safer that way. Anyway, this year I'm going to have to finally make a relationship with my counselor. I've never been the type to ever talk to one, but I know I'll need all the help I can get from one to help me find scholarships and even volunteer work to put o my transcript. 

I'll also be turning 17 this year which is baffles me. When I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming an older teenager (cause of how fun TV makes it look) and now here I am. It's crazy to think I'm turning 17, in my last 2 years of high school, and even already preparing for college!!

I wonder who I will have in my class. In my area, our schools are too overpopulated so they made ANOTHER school nearby me somewhere. Since they did this, they are splitting students apart to put them into the new school. Some of my friends will actually be transferring there because of this which kind of sucks cause I'll miss them Riet, if you're reading this entry, this goes out to you! I'll miss you dude. They are also putting in students from nearby schools into my school too, so new faces! Maybe I'll make some new friends(:  

WELL BESIDES ALL THAT, I shall be stacking with money by tonight. I still have money left over from last week when my parents paid me and now I'm getting money from my mom (she's actually giving me extra too for taking the kids out to eat at some pizza buffet) and from my dad. I'll also be getting money from the neighbor because I did some work for her too, so my wallet will be pleased. 

Well this was a short entry but I was just in the mood to update! 

| LITTLE NOTE! I just noticed I have readers all the way from Australia!! That's so amazing! Thanks for all the readers and people who tell me they enjoy reading personally. I can't believe my journal has traveled that far!
