I get home and head straight to my room not bothering to start dinner.

I head to my desk and pull out my homework. It's mostly math so I might as well start on that.

After an hour of work, I finally finish and I grab my phone. I call The Pizza Place and order two boxes.

I might as well occupy myself while I wait. I hop on my bed and grab my laptop to watch some beauty haul YouTube videos.

My doorbell rings from downstairs and I grab my wallet and head down.

I open the door and see Madison standing there with a big smile on her face. I sighed and walked back inside.

"Your not the pizza man." I say walking over to the living room and turning on the tv.

"Well hello to you too."

"Why are you here?" I say laying down on the couch and scrolling through the channels.

"To get you ready for the party! I told you I would come over." She says going into the kitchen and grabbing a coke.

"You said you would be here at seven. My clock says it's 5."

"Is it wrong to spend quality time with my best friend?" Opening the soda bottle.

"Its wrong when you get me all excited when I think it's the pizza man and then you show up." I say turning on Netfix.

"I happen to think that I am more valuable than pizza." Madison states.

When I open my mouth to reply, the doorbell rings. I jump up from the couch and to the door. I unlock the door to see the pizza man holding to boxes of cheese pizza.

"Hey Taylor. Its $12.50."

"Tony, you guys are the only place I order pizza from. I order from you guys like twice a week. I am saving so much money with you guys." I say looking through my wallet for my money.

Tony leans back in laughter and hands me the pizzas. I hand him the money.

"Bye Taylor. See you when you order next time."

"See you in two days!" I yell at him as he walks away smiling.

I close the door and head over to the living room.

"Your on a first name basis with the pizza guy. That shows you have to much pizza." I roll my eyes.

"That's probably true. But that's not gonna stop me." I say laying back down on the couch.

"Two boxes of pizza? Its only you here and you didn't expect me."

"I was going to have some for lunch tomorrow! Will you stop judging me! Tame some if you want some." I say mentioning to the pizza boxes.

"No thanks. I ate before I got here."

"More for me." I say opening up the boxes and grabbing two pieces.

I turn on Gossip Girl and we watch that till I finish eating.

Madison gets up from the couch and looks at me. "Lets get ready for the party!" she yells making me cringe at her voice which is slightly high pitched.

"I would rather watch Gossip Girl and wait till Chuck tells Blaire he loves her."I say taking a sip of my coke.

"You have never been to a party though! Come on you will love it!"

"Not as much as I love Gossip Girl."

"You need to stop with the Gossip Girl already. There is a real life out there." Madison points out.

"But I would rather live in their life then my own."

"Come on, you are coming tonight and that's it. Lets go." Madison grabs my arm and pulls me upstairs to my bedroom.

She goes into my walk in closet and starts to go through it looking for the perfect outfit.

I just sit and watch her because I have nothing else better to do. She finally pulls out a white top that leaves me some extra room and is slightly over the shoulder. The jeans she picked out were slightly ripped.

I changed into the clothes she gave me. I look somewhat good. Like I have my life together. Which is rare.

I head over to my dresser and put on some mascara and lip gloss. I take my curling wand and put my hair in loose curls.

"You look cute." Madison says.

"So do you." She is wearing a pair of Hollister jeans and a red flannel with a black shirt underneath.

I grab a pair of black ankle boots and we head out to Madison's car.

"So, will you be the designated driver tonight?" Madison asks.

"I thought that was a given. I don't drink."

"Suit yourself." She says starting the car. We drive for thirty minutes till we finally make it to a street where you can hear music from the other end.

We park a couple of houses down. We start to walk in silence. Madison is on her phone while I watch all the waisted people dance and grind on each other in disgust.

Finally we make it to the front door.

"Here goes nothing." I whisper to myself and open the door to walk inside.
