{Sonamy} love is so confusing

How dare you?!

"WHO IS THAT?!" Sonic yelled in panic as he saw Amy and the hedgehog linked together. Amy frowned at Sonic's sudden behavior and spoke to him in an angry hushed voice.

"Sonic keep your voice down, you're causing a scene." Sonic heard all he could and let his jealousy come in to play,"OH WHAT IS IT AMY? AM I EMBARRASSING YOU?!" He turned his head to see all the islanders staring at him in fear.

His ears drooped down as he realized what he was doing. He turned to the enraged pink hedgehog and a smirking orange and black hedgehog. He sighed,"I'm sorry Amy. I-I just been on edge, I didn't know what came over me."

It was Amy's turn to raise her voice but not at Sonic's level."well that makes two of us. What has gotten in to you?! I swear you've been acting different this whole week." Then Sonic snapped again,"Me?! What about you?! You've been acting distant towards me for no reason." "I have my reasons! Maybe if you looked past your ego, you'd see it!"

While this argument was taking place, Mason (aka Scourge) was trying his best to hold his laugh and in result he ended up laughing silently. Sonic had quickly caught on to his laugh and got angrier,"oh so you find this amusing don't you?!" Mason was about to responded but Amy stepped in instead,"Don't start bringing people in to this Sonic! It's bad enough you ruined our date and to think you'd bring someone in our argument just for shits and giggles is low thing to do, especially from a so called hero."

Sonic was getting frustrated, this girl is unbelievable. He completely forgot about his frustration as that one word played in his head repeatedly. 'Date' 'Date' 'Date?' 'Date!', "he's your date?!" "Well sorta I mean-" she was cut off by Mason as he calmly said,"Yes I'm her date. I was about to take her to a fancy restaurant until you interrupted us."

These words would not stop hitting Sonic and each word was making him angrier by the second. He frowned, looked at Mason and threatened him,"if you EVER mistreat her in your life I'll-" "you'll what? Kill me, make me beg for mercy, chop me in to pieces, or maybe you're thinking all of the above? Truth be told you do not scare me. I'm going on a date with Ames here and you're not gonna do a damn thing about it."

Oh no he didn't! Sonic he just used your nickname for Amy, why the hell are you just standing- oops spoke to soon. He pounced on Mason and started beating the crap out of him. Hey! The dude used his nickname cut him some slack.

As Sonic was pummeling away, a piko piko hammer was summoned and no second later, it was smashed across his face, sending him flying off of Mason's body. Sonic looked up from his current position and stared at his attacker, "What is wrong with you Sonic?! I have never seen such immature behavior! I'm going on a date with Mason whether you like it or not!" Without anymore lip, she grabbed Mason's hand and walked away.

Sonic was even more heartbroken then he was before. He didn't even care that the islanders were staring at him. He decided to just go back to his hut to sleep it off. Well he would've slept it off, if his sister and brother (not manic) weren't standing in front of the entrance.

He saw them standing there with angry looks on their faces. He had a puzzled look on his face and questioned them,"well hello to the pair of you? If you don't mind I'd like to enter my home, ya know to sleep." It was Tails' turn to speak, "ya know Sonic when people use the term 'fight for love' they DONT MEAN FIGHT INNOCENT PEOPLE!"

Sonia then stepped in, "yeah Sonic, what was that all about? When we said try gaining her trust, we didn't think you'd do something like that. I thought you were gonna ask her on a date." Sonic frowned, "oh yea sureee. Let me just go up to Amy and a strange hedgehog and say 'hey Amy, although it appears you're already hanging out with someone, you should totes go on a date with me'."

Sonia folded her arms and pouted, "well I mean when you say it like that..." "Guys it doesn't matter anymore, ok? She's never gonna love me like she used to. Hell I don't even think she'll still be my friend after what I did." Sonic sighed and looked at the ground. Tails and Sonia looked at each other and Tails spoke,"so that's it huh? You're just gonna give up?" He looked them, walked to his door, opened it and looked at them one last time. "Night guys" then he walked in house and closing his door.

On Amy's side, she had just ended her 'date' with Mason. He was about to lean in to kiss her on the lips but she turned her head to the side and he kissed her on the cheek, to his surprise."um I had a nice time thank you. Also I'm sorry for that encounter with Sonic." "Oh it's not your fault he's just a blue pu-, um I mean a blue hedgehog with his best interest at heart. Let's just forget about him" then the chip in his ear started playing again,'smooth, real smooth.'

Mason growled to himself but, continued to smile at Amy,"hey we should do this again sometime." Amy smiled,"yeah, well goodnight Mason." She turned and entered her hut. Mason turned to walk, while talking to Eggman,"well boiled egg, we're very close to completing our plan." 'Yeah but don't get too ahead of yourself. Amy isn't very bright but she's no idiot either.' "I know omelet man."

Amy went straight for her bedroom. She changed into her pajamas and laid down on her bed. "Oh Sonic, I still love you." She then closed her eyes and was immediately asleep.

Sonic was laying down in his hammock and was looking out his window,"Amy.....I love you." He turned to the his side and closed his eyes and went to sleep.
