~The S.S. Typhoon~

After bringing along new members to the group, the gang quickly set sailed to a new location. The ride was not peaceful as there was arguing going on.

Amy, Sonia, and Cream weren't to keen on having Sally come along on the journey. Sticks didn't know who she was but kept a close eye on her. Rouge and Blaze were on high alert, getting ready to attack her. And the guys were just watching, shaking their heads at Sonic for letting this happen.

Sonic sighed in frustration and stepped in, ending the argument. "Alright, alright! Can we just calm down?" They got quiet and looked at him. "Now I know this sucks, I get it. I only agreed to this because we need their help. We don't know what we're going up against. We might need all the help we can get."

Rouge shook her head, "No offense to the others but, we don't need them Sonic. We were fine before them and we'll be fine now. I mean we've taken on greater forces."

Sonic folded his arms, "You mean like Eggman? G.U.N.? We don't even know what they're capable of. Sure we took on their fire pups but we still struggled. So just imagine fighting those Hellhounds." Everyone remained silent. "Now let's move on from this petty feud and start learning to work together."

Amy glared at Sally, "I can work with the others but I don't think a trust fall with her will be in the question anytime soon." Sonic grabbed her in a hug, "that's fine, just no more arguing okay?" She looked up at him and smiled, agreeing to his terms.

Silver walked up and smiled warmly, "Well now that everything has calmed down a bit, maybe we should hear from our new members as to how they came to meet the lava claw clan." Shade jumped down out of nowhere, surprising everyone. "Where did you-?!" "If we are to be joining you on this quest then I guess it would be fair to share some information."

Everyone gathered in to listen. Tails was always able to hear so he listened closely. Shade began, "This all started a few weeks ago. Everything was calm and peaceful up until smoke filled the noses of anxious villagers. The smoke seemed like it came from the forest. Forest fires are natural as they occur a lot, so we sent fire suppressors to clear it. They never came back. The fire quickly started to spread and became more violent. Sally, Bunnie, and I went to check it out. We didn't get far because the fire was to strong. Then we heard one of the villagers scream. Then another. Then another."

Bunnie stepped in and spoke, "when we went to check it out, we saw that fire was all over the village. So many villagers... We saw who caused the fire and put a stop to them. We thought it was over..."

Antoine put a hand on her shoulder, "They came back with more force. We fought them off again but some were severely injured. To prevent any more meetings we set up defenses around the forest."

"And that's how I stumbled into you four. I know we all have our differences but we need you. They truly will not stop until they've been defeated." Shade finished. Sonic shook her hand and nodded, "Well as long as we work together, defeating that clan should be a breeze." She smiled.

"-clears throat- Hey uh guys I've got eyes on a nearby island. I'll use my computer to give me information about this place. Brace yourselves." Tails said on the loud speaker. Sonic walked over to Amy and wrapped his arms around her, "well let's get ready to explore."

~On the island~

Everyone is starting to exit the ship. They look around the island. It had many palm trees, fruit, and the climate was rather warm.
