Revenge best served green

~Normal pov~

After a brief battle with the world famous blue hedgehog, Scourge decided to head to his hide out to plan for his revenge. "Damn that blue bastard. I swear I will make him beg for mercy, before I kill him. Really, really slowly. Now, how do I do that?"

Suddenly in a dark part of the room a voice called out, "Maybe I can assist you." The green hedgehog turned around to the direction of the voice in a flash and yelled,"HEY!! Who the hell are you?! How the hell did you get in here?" The figure started to walk out from the shadows with a grin, "you think I'd find it hard to sneak in a smelly room, hidden in a dark alley, with no guards, technology, or any electrical security whatsoever."

Scourge frowned at the man's remark but grinned when he was able to see the figure. "Well Eggman, that was impressive. Now what the hell do you want?" "Oh ho ho ho, it's not what I want, it's what you want." "What are you talking about?" The evil genius moved closer to the green ball of fur. "I hear you're having a pest problem. I was thinking I can be your new exterminator." "That was the lamest thing you have ever said but, I'm listening." Eggman frowned but continued,"I was thinking me and you team up to take down Sonic."

Scourge smiled at the scientist. He was gonna be able to take down his doppelgänger. The thought of seeing Sonic dying because of his triumph made him grin evilly. Suddenly he had a moment of thought. He went back on when Eggman said 'team up'. "Hold on fish egg, what's in it for you?" Eggman grinned and started laughing,"oh ho ho ho ho. I'm glad you asked my green comrade. You see once Sonic is defeated, I get to rule the world with ease. Once he's gone I'll have the chaos emeralds. Maybe you can be my sidekick in my whole rampage." The green hedgehog held up his gloved hand and had a serious face, "sorry Eggmale I don't do sidekicks or even play the role as one. Remember we're only working together on this cause I get to have my revenge on Sonic, nothing more or less."

Eggman nodded his head, smiled, and held his hand out for Scourge to take it and shake it. Scourge held his hand out as well and accepted the hand shake from Eggman. With one shake the deal was sealed.

They released their hands and Scourge wanted details on the plan, "so what's the plan?" " I'm aware you know who Amy Rose is, correct?" "You mean that sexy pink brat? Yea I know her, what of it?" "Well if you know her then you should know the relationship between her and Sonic. I know Sonic has feelings for that rat, so by making him jealous, he'll be so upset and depressed to see his pink love interest is in the arms of another guy. I was thinking if you flirted with her and got closer to her, it would be easier for us to kidnap her. Once we have kidnapped her, her blue hero will come for her and be caught in a trap. You'll destroy him and boom victory."

Scourge listened in on every word but had concerns, "that sounds good and all but that pink bitch won't let me near her. It wouldn't work since she knows who I am." "That is why you're gonna be in a disguise. I have built a machine to change any creatures appearance." "So then why don't you do it?" "Because I'm not the romance type. And I will not be romantic to that pink rat." "Alright alright whatever. Let's get this over with."

Eggman then pressed a button on his wrist and in a matter of seconds, Orbot and Cubot enter with the machine. Scourge jumped back in surprise and crossed his arms trying to act cool and tough. Eggman ordered Cubot to turn the machine on, "Now my infamous ally, if you would be so kind as to enter the machine."

Scourge obeyed and stepped inside. Once he entered, Orbot closed the door. Cubot started up the machine and then a flash started forming, "oh I believe I forgot to add a small detail about this machine. You see, this is a new machine that has not been tested, so best of luck." "WHAT?! YOU GET ME OUT HERE OR I WILL BREAK ARGHHHHHH!!!" Scourge screamed in pits of agony.

Finally the machine had stopped and the scream faded. Orbot opened the door and smoke was pouring out the machine. Once the smoke faded an orange hedgehog with black streaks emerged from the machine. He had a handsome face, with crystal blue eyes. He was wearing a red and black plaid shirt with black jeans and black sneakers.

The new Scourge went to the mirror and looked at his new form, "Eh, it's not bad. I still look better." "So new Scourge, you ready to catch a hedgehog?" He turned and looked at Eggman and his minions, "The names Mason, and let's go steal a heart." He said with an evil grin and started walking out the door.
