{Sonamy} love is so confusing

"You what?!" Cream screamed in shock.

Amy had made it to Cream's house and started to discuss what happened between her and Sonic. Amy was blushing extremely hard.

"I told you, I think that's what was about to happen." Amy clarified to Cream.

"Do you think he still likes you?" "What do you mean still?" Cream quickly covered her mouth and giggled nervously,"heh heh I mean do you think he likes you?" Amy put her head down,"I don't know."

Cream started growing concern for her best friend and put her hand on Amy's shoulder,"do you still like him?" "Of course I do but what's the point in trying if I'm gonna fail each time." "Well try thinking of it as falling."

Amy then lifted her head from her hands and looked at the peach rabbit with a frown," what do you mean? Basically I'm just trusting my instincts to reach for the sky only to fall down on the hard ground resulting in me getting hurt?"

Cream only smiled softly and said calmly,"well I saw it as if you don't fall, how would you know what getting up is like?" Amy just stared at her in pure confusion as she continued,"I'm saying if you just give up cause you're getting hurt, then you'll never witness a new experience. Maybe Sonic does love you, he's just a little shy to admit it."

The pink hedgehog scoffed at the thought,"I highly doubt the greatest hero of Bygone Island is gonna be shy to admit his feelings to someone like me." "You know some people find it hard to say how they feel about a certain person." Cream blushed. Amy turned her full attention to Cream and smirked. "You wouldn't happen to be talking about a certain fox would you?"

Cream blushed even harder,"M-maybe. This isn't about me!!!" Amy started laughing her head off at Cream's reaction. The two best friends then had a conversation about random things.

Two hours had passed now. It was now 7 o clock. Amy announced that she was going to head home and get dinner started. The two best friends bid each other a farewell and Amy headed home.

She wanted to get home as quickly as possible so she decided to walk by 'Meh Burger'. As she walked by, a handsome orange and black hedgehog caught her eye but she kept walking. The hedgehog then walked up to her with a rose in his hand.

"Why hello there, Ive never seen such a beautiful creature such as yourself." Scou- I mean Mason smirked. Just then a voice was sprayed in his ear. 'Oh god that was terrible! I mean I'm not the flirting kind but that was just extremely awful.' Eggman said through an ear chip that was placed in Scourge's ear.

He began getting agitated but still kept his smirk at Amy who was now blushing. "Oh um thank you. You don't look to bad yourself." It was "Masons" turn to blush. "Say would you like to accompany me to dinner?" He said extending his arm.

Amy was a little hesitant but then accepted. She connected her arm with his and they began walking. As they were walking a blue wind past by them. Then the wind came back but stopped right in front of them and revealed a cocky blue hedgehog.

He turned and looked at Amy and nervously smiled,"hey Ames." He turned and looked at the male hedgehog she was with, then looked at their arms linked together. He started sweating and screamed,"WHO IS THAT?!"
