~~ Tony's POV ~~

I got into the ambulance as I held onto Sophia's hand, it was cold. So cold.

"Is she going to make it?" I asked the paramedic that was across from me.

"We can't answer that." The paramedics say as they start to hook her up onto the machines.

I look over at Mike who couldn't stop staring at his niece who just attempted suicide. I couldn't imagine how he felt to see her this way.

We arrived at the hospital minutes later, the nurses wouldn't allow us to enter past the doors where they were going to prep her for surgery. Me and Mike sat down in the lobby.

"Why would she do this?" Mike asks; finally breaking the silence that lingered between us since we got into the ambulance.

I slightly shook my head, "I-I don't know.."

"What do you think Jaime had to talk to Vic About?"

"Probably about everything... I'm guessing Jaime knew about whatever was going on and he had to tell Vic."

Mike sighed and got his phone out as he tapped on the screen a few times before putting it to his ear, "Hey, babe."

He was talking to Alysha for a while then he hung up, "the girls will be here in a bit."

We wait for a little while and Jessica comes running in, "How is she?!"

"We don't know yet, it's been an hour," Mike looks down as he wiped away a few tears.

"Oh my gosh. I knew I should have told Vic! I should never have promised her that I would keep it a secret! I could have saved her life if I just opened my mouth and told Vic." She sits down on a chair in front of us, "This is all my fault."

"What's all your fault? Is there something you aren't telling us? Because Jaime has Vic trapped in the house right now," I say giving her a confused look

"He does? Oh good, he's telling him!"

"Telling him what?" Mike asks

"Since Jaime is telling Vic. It's my job to tell you guys." Then she began to tell us everything about Sophia's past the girls walk in, they sit down next to us as Jessica began to tell us. I run my fingers through my hair as I listened to every single word.

"So she is being bullied?" Erin asks; Jessica nods.

"He-her mother sold her to men? What kind of a monster would do that?" Alysha stated as she looked horrified.

"A twisted one," I said as I stand up.

"I can't believe my niece went through that shit. No one should ever go through that. No one."

"Jessica, look, this isn't your fault okay? You did what you thought was best," I said looking over at Jessica who was now in tears, "You thought keeping her secret a secret was best, you didn't want her to be mad at you and we understand that."

She nods, "I just wish I could do something. I told Jaime because well you know he is always at Vic's so I knew he would keep a better eye on her."

"You did the right thing telling Jaime," Mike says giving her a comforting smile.

~No One's POV~

As the family members of Sophia Fuentes sat down around the lobby in the hospital, Vic and Jaime made their way into the hospital.

"How is she?!" Vic frantically asked as he walked up to his friends.

Someone clears their throat, heads turn to face the doctor, "who's the father?" he asked as the heads looking at him, he loved being a surgeon, operating was his passion but he hated facing the family members of the patients, it took courage and compassion something he still was working very hard on.

"I am," Vic says as he walks up to the doctor.

the doctor sighs, "I am Doctor Shepard (Grey's Anatomy! (/*-*)/ )  I am sorry to say but your daughter is in critical condition. When does she regularly take her prescription?"

"In the morning and in the afternoon." Vic's heart was beating rapidly, he just wanted to know if his baby girl was alright.

Dr. Shepard nods, "Since she took her prescription already before injuring herself. Apparently, she took a high dose, then she self-harmed about an hour later. She lost a lot of blood, she is currently unconscious but we have her on suicide watch."

"So she is okay?" Vic asked

Dr. Shepard once again nods, "She's in critical condition at the moment but she will be fine. You can go see her if you would like, she is in room 103, the second floor."

"Thank you," Vic said as the Doctor smiled and left.

Vic looked at his friends who were family to him, plus his brother who was actually family.

"Go," Mike said to him, "Call us when she wakes up and you guys have talked." He gave his brother a comforting smile.

"Thank you." He slowly walked away down the hallway to see his daughter.

~~ Vic's POV ~~

I walked down the lonely hallway.

"NO! NO!" A woman yelled down the hall, "My baby can't be dead!" As I passed the room I saw a boy dead on his bed as a man held a woman back as she cried into his arms.

I cringed at the sight, I kept walking on.

I couldn't think about the fact that I could be in that mother's position.

I walk into the room, IV's in her arm as she laid peacefully on the bed, bandages on the wounds she made on herself. The heart monitors sounds in the background as I breathe in the smell of a sterilized hospital room. I walk to the chair that was next to her bed as I nervously watch her heart monitor, hoping she will wake up soon. I slowly grab her hand into mine as the other hand laid there unknown. I looked at the bracelets on my wrists covering the white lines for when I slit my wrists. The thought that my daughter too will have the same white lines killed me inside.
