Arias walked into his apartment lobby, frustration boiling inside him. He knew deep down that Noelle was behind Jenna's text. She must have twisted the truth, and now he had to clear things up. Jenna needed to know that he hadn't spoken to Noelle since discovering that she was the one who put him behind bars. The memory of that day was vivid in his mind; the room, the people, the bombshell reveal—it was all still fresh. He wasn't shocked, but the anger he felt for Noelle was intense
Years had passed while he searched for her, but she had vanished, hiding from everyone, including her own family. She needed to take responsibility for what she did. Arias knocked on Jenna's door, but there was no response. Frustrated, he punched the wall, leaving a sizable hole as anger coursed through him. He pulled out his phone and dialed Rio.
"Sup?" Rio answered casually."What's Kayla's address?" Arias asked, knowing she was the one person Jenna might confide in."I'll send it to you now." With a click, Rio hung up. Arias was relieved when the address came through. He dashed out of the building, jumped into his car, and sped off to Kayla's house. He needed to talk to Jenna, but he feared she wouldn't believe him.
As he pulled up, he knocked on the door. "It's probably the pizza," Kayla said, peering through the opening. When she recognized him, her expression hardened. "I know she's in there. I need to talk to her," he insisted, trying to avoid further explanations. "Don't you have kids to put to sleep?" she shot back, arms crossed. Arias couldn't help but chuckle. Her confusion was evident. "What?" she asked.
"Get her out here before I COME INSIDE AND DRAG YOU OUT! JENNA!" he semi-yelled, hoping Jenna would hear him. Jenna appeared, brushing past Arias to his car. He smirked at Kayla, then hopped into the driver's seat. "Where are you taking me?" Jenna asked, annoyance lacing her voice.
Arias glanced at her, noticing her puffy red eyes—she had been crying. A part of him was upset that Noelle's words affected her so much, but another part was glad to see she still cared for him. He remained silent, driving to a parking lot overlooking a breathtaking view of the beach. He sighed, gathering his thoughts.
"I never married or had kids with Noelle, Jenna. I would never do that," he said. "Then why would she say that?" she shot back, frustration flaring. He knew revealing the truth might hurt her, but he couldn't keep it inside any longer. "You ever wonder who snitched on me and got me locked up?" he asked, staring into her eyes. "Yeah, all the time," she replied, her tone flat. "Noelle snitched." The words hung heavy in the air as Jenna stared at him, processing his confession.
"She's the reason I stayed behind bars for so long. She sold me out to the feds to protect her dad," he continued, anger bubbling just beneath the surface. He wanted to find Noelle, and kill her for all the pain she caused. "I haven't seen her since that day in court," he added. "Everyone, including me, has been searching for her. She ruined lives, including mine."
Jenna looked down, her hands fidgeting. "She came by the office," she said quietly. "Told me that if I didn't stay away from you, I'd regret it." Arias was anger by those words he knew he would kill Noelle if she touched Jenna "Was she in front of you?" Arias asked, confused. Why would Noelle risk being found? "Yeah, she made it clear I needed to avoid you. She was wearing a nice diamond ring," Jenna replied, sadness creeping into her voice.
Arias lifted her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze. "I promise you, Jenna, I am not with her. I'm not married to her or have kids with her." He paused, emphasizing his sincerity. "You're the only person I want to marry and have kids with." he said looking into Jenna eyes and smiling

Noelle's fingers tightened around the steering wheel as she watched Jenna and Arias laugh together in the park. A knot of rage formed in her stomach, twisting tighter with every giggle that escaped Jenna's lips. Deep down, Noelle had thought her threats would resonate, that Jenna would feel the fear of losing what little she had left. But Jenna stood there, her confidence radiating as if she was untouchable, and Arias—Arias was smiling at her. Noelle felt a simmering jealousy boiling over.
She took a deep breath, trying to quell her anger, but it did little to ease the storm inside. "I'm not going to lose him," she muttered under her breath. The anger transformed into determination, and soon her fingers were dancing over her phone screen, dialing a familiar number. "You need to get her away from him," she said as the call connected, her voice laced with urgency. "I really don't give a fuck, how you do it—just make it happen!"
She shot one last glance at them, a wave of possessiveness washing over her. "You fucking owe me, Rio. Get it done, or else," she snapped before hanging up. Her heart raced as she thought of the lengths she was about to go to. Jenna may have thought she was winning, but Noelle wouldn't let that happen.
As she drove away, the tires screeching against the asphalt, she felt a surge of adrenaline. "You two will never be together again," she said to herself, her resolve hardening. The possibilities were endless; she could expose Jenna's secrets or stir up old rumors. Whatever it took, she would ensure her grip on Arias did not slip away.
She maneuvered through the streets, a plan forming in her mind. As much as she despised the treachery of the game, she was ready to play dirty. This was war, and Noelle knew all too well how to win her battles. No more sitting back and watching from a distance—she was going to take control and secure her place at Arias's side.
With every turn the car took, she pictured her Jenna's heart-shattering realization that she was no match for Noelle's ruthlessness. And as for Arias? Noelle would remind him of all the reasons he'd been drawn to her in the first place. Nothing would stand in her way, not even the remnants of their once peaceful friendship. She was ready for anything, even if it meant unleashing chaos. Because in her mind, love was a battlefield, and she was determined to emerge as the victor.
