(Harbinger) Third Persons POV
While the predacon (aka Predaking) is hunting Wheeljack. Who is with Miko and Bulkhead. They are going to blow up a decepticon energon mine. Raf, Ratchet, and Bumblebee are at the harbinger trying to bring it online. "Mainframe's up and running. But I'll need help hacking the operating codes" Raf states.
"Even if the ground bridge proves functional, it will be next to worthless without a means of pinpointing the current locations of our compatriots" Ratchet reminds him.
"Doesn't this ship have scanners?" Bee asks him.
"Use your head, Bumblebee. If the Decepticons had the ability to track Autobot signals, we'd have all been at Megatron's mercy here on Earth a long time ago" Ratchet tells him.
"Back where we started" Raf says with a sigh.
"But not if I can reconfigure these Decepticon frequencies. At the very least, we may be able to access their comm-link" Ratchet tells them.
(With Jack and Arcee) Third Persons POV
Ultra Magnus has arrived and landed his ship in front of the pair. "No one's seen or heard from you since Cybertron went dark. How did you find your way to Earth?" Arcee asks him.
"Soldier, we may not be on Cybertron, but military protocol remains" Ultra Magnus tells her.
"My apologies, Sir" Arcee says standing to attention.
"Sir?" Jack asks confused.
"Advise the native life-form to watch its tone as well" Ultra Magnus tells her.
"What? Who is this guy?" Jack asks Arcee.
"Ultra Magnus was Optimus' key Lieutenant during the war back on Cybertron. Very by the book. Just go with it" Arcee tells him.
"As for your broader question, my story is that of all Autobots since the exodus. I wandered the spaceways in search of others, reuniting with some, often only to see them fall at the hands of the Decepticons" Ultra Magnus explains.
"Until you detected the Omega beam, and followed it here" Arcee states.
"If you are referring to the massive energy burst originating from Cybertron, that would be affirmative. Upon my arrival, it became evident that this planet had been invaded. My scanners also detected Autobot life signals, yours being in closest proximity to my position" Ultra Magnus explains.
"Signals? As in plural?" Jack asks. Ultra Magnus gives him a look. "Sir" he adds.
"Five, total" he answers.
"Out of nine" Jack says sadly. Who have we lost? Are they dead or just hiding underground somewhere? Arcee is one signal, but who are the other four?
"Jack, that doesn't necessarily mean what you're thinking. Autobot signals can't be detected when they're shielded" Arcee reminds him. They board Magnus' ship and set off for the next two closet life signals.
(With Wreckers) Third Persons POV
Wheeljack and Bulkhead set the grenades while Miko kept look out. None of them were spotted. Wheeljack and Bulkhead rejoin Miko outside at safe distance from the mine. "Amunitions planted" Bulkhead declares. Wheejack grabs his detonator.
"Lets get this party started" he states. About to blow the mine. When they hear something approaching their position. They see something approaching from the sky. "Megatron?" Wheeljack asks.
"No, bigger" Bulkhead tells him. It was the Predacon. Which Miko called a Dragon. And it was after Wheeljack. Who tried to bury it in the mine and failed. They were saved by Ultra Magnus and the other two. And left the predacon buried in rumble.
