Chapter 13 ~ I get a cool car.

I must have been walking in the wrong direction because I didn't recognise anything. Sure I was flying but still I think I should have recognised something. I heard voices nearby so I sprinted towards them. I burst through the trees into a clearing beside a road and saw Nico, Ash, Leo and Conner arguing.
"We should find her. NO WE HAVE TO FIND HER!" Leo and Conner we shouting at Nico and Ash. Leo and Conner had thier backs to me.
"No we need to finish the quest." I leaned against a tree and I think Ash saw me because she smiled but didn't say anything.
"I'm sure she will be fine. She is a fighter. She can kill the bird and get back here. Any way it was her fault getting taken by the Stymphalian Bird" I was glad that Nico had faith in me even if it was a little but I couldn't belive he said It was my fault i didn't see it till the last minute. .
"Yeah well what if Ash was taken instead you would want to go after her." Leo said. I Saw Nico glance at Ash and she slightly nodded in my direction. Nico looked over at me and I put my finger to my mouth. I wanted to see what Leo and Conner would do.
"Well yeah of course I would. I love her. Ava is just a friend to you guys."
I narrowed my eyes seeing what Nico was doing.
"No she's not. Not to me she isn't." At hearing Conner say that my heart kinda sank.
"Well what is she to you?"" I was about to walk away when I heard what Conner said but quickly turned back when I heard his reply.
"I don't know but I feel like she is more than just a friend." I turned round to see Ash and Nico with the biggest grins on thier faces. And lei well he looked like he was ready to punch Conner
"Anyway let's find her she could be dead by now." I knew this was the time to appear.
"Glad you have faith in me." I walked up to them and both Leo and Conner whirled round and ran up to me. Leo reached me first and pulled me into a bear hug.
"What?how? Never mind I'm glad you're ok." He released me and stepped back. Conner pulled me into a hug and rested his head on the top of mine.
"Thank the gods your ok. How did you get away?" He stepped aside but kept his arm around my waist.
"I found out I have a new power. "At my words a ray of sun shone on the ground a couple of steps say so I walked forward to it and Conner let go of my waist. I put my right hand in it and imagined a ball of the light. It took a few seconds until I felt the weight of it.i pulled my hands out if the ray and turned to show the others. They all had various facial expressions. Ash was impressed, Nico was confused, Leo seemed scared and Conner seemed happy.q
"So what car should I make?" Nico and Ash leaned into one another and started whispering.
"A Ferrari" of course Leo would want a very recognisable and flashy car.
"Maybe something less conspicuous." Ash suggested. I had just the car in mind.
"It might take a while but give me a minute I have one in mind." I put both my hands in the light,closed my eyes and pictured the car . I felt some weight in my hands and started to panic thinking that a full sized car was going to land in my hands. I opened my eyes and saw it was tiny 1967 chevy impala. I heard the others snigger behind me. I placed it on the road and outstretched my arms so my palms were facing it. I felt the light flow through my hands and out to the car. I opened my eyes and saw the impala had grown into a big car. I turned around with a smug look on my face.
"All aboard the Ava express." I joked. I went to the drivers side and sat down. The keys were in the egnition so Ash and Nico got in the back. Conner had a stare down with Leo about who got to sit in the front. I was getting sick of all this testosterone moments so I stared the car and Conner scrambled into the front seat whilst Leo got in the back beside Ash grumbling under his breath. I put the car into gear turned on the radio so it was playing imagine dragons and drove off in the direction of the next town.

I hope to update as soon as I can the kids I'm watching are out alot and I'm stuck in thier house so I have a lot of free time now but I'm going camping with my dad, sister and my dad's partner so I might not be able to update as much as I want to.
