Manik Malhotra watched his Sunshine leaving him, walking away from him. He did nothing but stood still as he let her escape, all this crazy plan and pain and torture, he endured, everything from the day one of the plan is for her. To get her back to him. To make sure she is with him.
Yet, after all that insanity, Manik let Nandini Murthy escaped. That too, with Khurrana's son alive.
Ranbir advised him it's a reckless choice as because of their army, even though Nandini has a gun in her hand, they could've easily dominated her and won.
The new guy who is standing on left side, expressed his displeasure, saying that they shouldn't have let both heirs escape free.
But it's a risky choice and Manik wouldn't know what he will do if she hurts herself in the process, because Nandini is capable of doing it if it's for a win against him.
So, even if all the gains are on his side, he couldn't take a chance. Not when it comes to her. Manik who doesn't calculate anything when it comes to himself, he couldn't take the decision if it's Nandini. Even if it's 1% chance that she will get hurt, Manik doesn't want to take that chance.
It's odd, even though he blasted rocket missiles at her, he did it because he knows Nandini will protect herself. But when it's her own gun pointed to her head point blank and she threatened him, Manik could do nothing.
His armed men stood behind, not disobeying his words.
Manik ordered every men who came with them, even Reds too, to stand back and let that one car go out safely from the compound.
Even though he stayed back and all, it doesn't mean he is fine. Manik is angry though, from today, he thought he would be with her. He didn't expected another obstacle. It's okay, they won't stay separated for long, Manik will make sure next time she has no means to escape.
"Let's go", Manik ordered silently as he walked ahead and his armed men followed by.
He has been in this tortured hell for three days, he has enough of this place. He took his guns out as he walked out of the basement and killed anyone who dared to cross his path.
He ordered his men to go floor by floor to make sure they clean swipe. Manik, with Ranbir and another guy took the elevator to go to where Jairam cornered the Khurrana. The blood was splashed on his Manik's face as he shot the guys who came to kill him, anyone he missed, Ranbir took care of them.
Manik didn't mind as he stepped on the dead men's blood to walk inside. It's irony how this whole building is built in a rich way, pristine and clean marbles, now it's being painted with their Cobra's blood everywhere.
There are dead men everywhere, Reds gangmen with their guns on the floor, guarding their boss.
Manik scoffed look at the dead Rawat. That old Khurrana's lackey. It's been a while since he was here, there was one time, when Khurrana got Manik here, blind folding during the route and then threated him with a cheap ass logic of luxury tea cup for beating the shit out of that brat. It's been a while.
