CALUMS POV

I worked hard at my recent report knowing I did not have Daisy to drag me down (slipping 1D's new song in there as I listen to it for the 100th time😏😏)

She was not in work today so I knew she was safe.

I had Ashton watching on Michael in the office and Luke watching at lunch time.

If he went anywhere near her apartment I would be straight after him dragging him back.

I scribbled away at my report feeling more at ease and a little more relaxed.

I still had not heard word from Luke about what had happened after he dropped her off.

But I was sure he would come and find me today and fill me in.

I was also expecting a visit from Michael at some point.

I had no doubt he would have something to say about last night.

He would be here soon.

--

A knock on my door an hour later made me tense up.

I knew it was Luke because Michael would not hesitate to barge in.

"Come in," I called, putting down my pen.

Luke walked in with a smile and I eased up.

Looked like good news.

"She wasn't happy about being dragged out of there but she came willingly," he assured me.

"And Michael?" I asked.

"He oddly enough didn't put up a fight but I knew he was pissed. So I'd be expecting him soon if I were you," he told me.

"I thought so," I huffed.

"What happened when you got her back?" I asked him.

He took a seat in the chair opposite me.

"I gave her a couple of drinks of water and some food. I put her in bed, took of her shoes but left her clothes on," he began.

He chuckled as I glared at him.

"I didn't undress her so get that stupid possessive look off your face," he laughed, pointing at my face.

I cleared my throat as I pulled my lips up in a smile rather than a grimace.

"That was all?" I pressed.

"I left her some water and a bucket in case she vomited. I left some paracetamol on her bedside table and a note reminding her of what happened in case she forgot. I also wrote in the note that you had given her the day off so she didn't panic," he informed me.

"Okay thank you Luke. I owe you," I said.

He stood, shoving a hand into his pocket and chuckled.

"I feel like you always say that. One day I'm going to remind you of that and you can pay up," he teased.

I laughed as I picked up my pen and he left the room.

One down, one to go.

ASHTONS POV

It was now 11:30 and Daisy had still not entered the office.

Where the hell was she?

And what had happened last night?

After I'd called Calum again and told him she was with Michael, he'd said he would send Luke to find her.
