CALUMS POV

"He would have done something to you though. And I could not stand to see that happen," I told her.

She inhaled deeply and began to back away from me.

"I would not be able to stay calm if I knew he had his hands on you or his lips. He needs to understand he cannot touch what is mine," I growled.

"Y-yours?" she stuttered, the anger dissipating and being replaced by confusion.

"Yes. He cannot take what belongs to me," I told her.

I stepped even closer and her back hit the wall.

She gasped and I moved even closer, slamming my palms against the wall either side of her head.

She jumped, and I leaned in nudging my nose against her jaw.

"Do not be afraid of me baby. I would never hurt you. I would never lay a finger on you, unless you asked me too of course," I groaned, winking.

Her breathing picked up and she closed her eyes.

"You tell me where you want me to touch you angel and I'll do it. Anywhere you want baby girl. Let me touch you?" I begged her to trust me.

And when she nodded giving me permission, I felt my heart race.

I reached my finger towards her cheek and caressed her skin softly.

Her eyes opened again and were on mine as she watched me and her breathing was slowing down.

She was trusting me.

"I promise you Dase, I would never physically hurt you. Or emotionally. I would in no way hurt you, I wouldn't want to even do that," I assured her.

Her green eyes shined and her pupils began to dilate.

I leaned towards her and pressed my lips to her cheek feather lightly and lingered and her eyes fluttered closed again.

"You have only been working here for three weeks Daisy, but you already have me wrapped so tightly around that little finger of yours," I groaned.

Her eyes snapped open and stared up at mine through her dark lashes.

She was beautiful.

"Michael is not good for you. And he is not allowed you," I told her.

"I thought you had renounced women?" she whispered.

"Word travels fast in here huh," I chuckled.

Her eyes widened at the sound of my laughter and I assumed she thought I did not laugh.

"You should laugh more often. It's nice," she blurted.

She bit down on her lip as she realised what she had said.

My thumb swiped out and tugged at her lip, pulling it free.

"Do not do that in front of me unless you want my lips all over your body," I grumbled.
