Sixty Five.

Ok WAIT! Before you crucify me, I can explain. Last week was a little hectic so I didn't write the chapter but I have a valid reason....I went to see Kendrick and SZA in Charlotte. Y'all I had to and I had a TIME. I enjoyed the concert by myself and it was so good.

If I had the money I'd honestly go see it again and put my phone away to really take it all in but all in all 100/10. Would recommend. Anybody going or already had their show?

Naomi's POV

"Mommy can we go to Legoland?" Chayse asked as I cradled him in my arms.

"When?"

"After my dad wins the championship."

I instantly smiled at my son's confidence in his dad winning the finals. I honestly believe they're going to win too.

"I'll ask him. I think he had some ideas for us this summer but we might be able to squeeze it in. We'll see."

"Mom-" Journey stopped when she saw her brother lying in my arms. "You're too big. Get off." She said and came over to move him.

"Stop Journey." I said. She's so territorial over me. It's crazy.

"Leave me alone." He pushed her away without looking and she fell, hitting her head on the coffee table.

He got up alarmed and started apologizing as soon as she started crying. "I'm so sorry Journey. It was an accident." He said to her then up at me in total fear.

"I know it was an accident." I got down beside him and grabbed Journey. She cried in my shoulder and I reassured Ayse. He looked terrified. "What hurts baby?" I asked and she leaned back and rubbed the back of her head.

"Can mama see?" She turned so I could examine her. I don't feel or see anything but she definitely could still be hurt. "I don't see nothing. Does it still hurt?" I rubbed it softly then left a kiss.

"I'm ok." She sniffled but continued to rest her head on my shoulder.

Unfortunately, Jayson was walking through the garage door and Journey put on her acting skills. The girl just said she was ok.

"Daddy." She cried and lifted her arms for him and of course he obliged.

"What's wrong?"

"He did it." She pointed to her brother.

"I said sorry." Chayse said defensive but sad.

"He did what? What happened?"

"Chayse was laying with me and JuJu decided to move him. He pushed her and she hit her head on the coffee table. She said she was fine right before you came in."

I said all while looking up at him from my seated position on the floor. He smirked and looked over me in front of him.

"Did you hear me?" I chuckled and shook my head.

"Yeah I heard you." He bit back a grin then it dropped when he looked at Ju. "Are you faking or you for real hurt? Tell the truth."

"Well it does hurt daddy."

His fingers rubbed her scalp as he looked down at Chayse. He stopped the scalp massage and opened his arm to our son. "You good?" He kissed his head when Chayse met his side.

"Yes. Dad I said sorry."

"I know. It's alright. You apologized."

"I'm sorry JuJu." He said again and Journey looked down at him.
