(*Caleb's POV*)
I honked my horn as I waited outside the girl's house.
I just recently found out her name. It's Alissa.
Why do girls take so long to get ready?
I let out a breath and rolled my eyes.
I didn't even want to go. Not without Mariah.
"Ready?" I asked, as she came out.
She twirled around and I could see that she was trying to show off her dress.
It was black with a white belt around the waist. Nothing fancy.
"We're matching!" She said, grabbing my hand.
"Yeah." I answered, wanting to get the night over with.
"It's like we were meant for each other." She giggled.
I smirked, remembering how I used to crave attention from pretty girls like her. Lately its just been one girl.
We drove off to prom, I kept both my hands on the steering wheel so she won't be able to hold it again.
*****
(*Tyler's POV*)
I wore my dad's old tuxedo to the prom, nothing special since Mariah won't be there.
I hopped in my car and drove to prom. Riah wanted me to have fun, that'll be hard without her...
(*Mariah's POV*)
"Come on Jade we're running late!" I called, tapping on the bathroom door.
"Almost ready!" She called back.
I rolled my eyes and checked my reflection.
I still wasn't used to the disguise.
My hair was down, Jade curled it loosely so it was at the middle of my back, It's usually right below my butt.
"Ready!" She yelled, swinging the bathroom door open.
I gasped.
It was pretty.
She had two baby hairs curled loosely on either side of her face. Her blonde hair was bundled on top of her head, and at the end of the bun there was a cascade of hair popping out from the middle.
"Perfect!" I squealed.
"Ready?" I asked, holding my arm up to her.
"Of course." She answered smiling and hooking her arm with mine.
We rented a white limo for prom.
It was just the two of us and I felt like a movie star.
We arrived to the hotel where the prom was being held.
"School I.D?" Asked the student in charge.
Uh-oh. We didn't prepare for this.
"Don't worry I got this." Jade whispered to me.
She leaned into the guy and began whispering in his ear, I don't know what she was saying but his face turned red and his breathing got shallow, but I saw him slightly nod.
"Come on!" Jade said, smirking.
We walked into the doors of prom where music was blasting.
"How did you do that?" I asked her as she dragged me to the corner.
"Magic." She whispered.
"So what's the plan?" She asked me as I saw Caleb walk by with his date.
