- Chell's P.O.V. -
Another day.... Just off to go to work again. While I was walking in the sidewalk, I saw a poster beside a brick wall I'm passing and I viewed the poster. It says that.... 'Do you like space? I do! How about stars, planets, and the moon? All of us! So come and take a ride from our rocket! We can even give you a chance to get out from the rocket and observe the beauty of the galaxy from outside the rocket! Come now and don't miss the exciting event!'

"Its like my ticket to space...... My only chance to see Wheatley again!" I got really excited. The event will be held in 'Rocket to Space Adventure' that has been newly opened a few days ago from the big city........ And the place where I work!

I am a scientist in that place. I experiment and discover new things. I don't even care what's happening in the place since I only focused on earning.

One ride seem to cost a lot! Wow... I need to earn more if I want one ride. I don't have enough money. I need to work hard and good to earn faster. I really want to take the chance to see him early. I went to work happily.

As I went inside the huge building, the other workers were curiously looking at me. Probably because I was smiling and my happiness is exposed. A worker walked towards me and waved at me, I waved back. It was a friend of mine named Claire that I first met when I started working here. She was also a scientist. She asked me, "What's that grin all about? I never see you that happy before." I took my notepad and pen that I bought from a bookstore. I started writing and showed her, "I'm just excited :)"

"Excited? Did someone invited you on a date or something?" she asked and started laughing. I answered, "No! xD" And I started laughing too. Then she asked again, "Then what are you so happy about?" I wrote, "The event." Then she said, "Oh, the rode to space thing? It is actually pretty exciting. But Im not too happy about it. Do you like space or something?" I thought what to answer for a second and replied, "Well... I guess so."

"Oh okay, well then, let's go to the lab together, shall we?" she asked. I nodded with a smile on my face.

I thought to myself.. 'Wheatley, we'll see each other again, just... wait for me.'

- Wheatley's P.O.V. -
That's weird. Small flying things are going here in space lately coming from Earth. Must be rockets. And there are even weird creatures coming out from the rocket, I cant see... They're so far away from where I am. But I tried to zoom my view closer and there I knew these 'creatures' were actually astronauts... humans..... Chell.... Ugh! She's in my bloody head again! Its like she's in a certain document in my system that I can't delete. But... I also don't want to delete or remove her from my mind... I don't know why... I have this weird feeling.... humans call it emotion. I have this new emotion lately and I don't know what it is....

Chell... I must think of a way to see you again. What if.... Hmmm.... These astronauts, what if they see me. Could they.... broadcast me? I could be bloody popular! By that I meant... she'll know I'm still in space. She could see me in her 'television' if thats the right word its called. I don't know much about the things, machines, and appliances that is outside of Aperture. But I do know a few.

Anyway, its a good plan! I should make these astronauts see me! I don't know how in the world I can do that though... I tried to say out loud, "Hey hey hey, uhm... Humans!! Over here!! Come here!!" Hmm... Maybe they can't hear me? I tried shouting louder, "HEY HUMANS, COME OVER HERE!!!!!" HEEEEEYYYYY!!!!" Then one of them turned its head to look at me who was outside the rocket along with its other pals. Space core then screamed, "SPAAAAAACEEEEEEEEEEE, SPACE SPACE SPACE SPACE SPACE SPACE---" and so he didn't stopped and I got irritated again.. Grrr..

But with his annoyance, more of these humans turned their heads to us. Its seems like a good thing so I told Space Core, "Hey mate, don't stop whatever you're doing okay?" But he really didn't stopped so I think I didn't have to say that after all.

These humans started going back inside their rockets for some reason. And then the rocket moved. It went towards us. "Oh do they want to see us?! That's good! Really good! Good job mate!" Space core started giggling then said, "Space :D" I can really see how happy he is.

As the rockets were finally near us, astronauts started coming out of the rockets again, and more of them came out for some reason. One astronaut said, "Could these be the ones we were hearing?" Then another said, "Will you look at that! What is it?" These astronauts were looking at me and space core. "I've never seen anything like it!"

"Uhm... Hello!" I started to say and they were startled by me. One of them said, "It talked! Did you saw that?!" I said, "Uhh no no, not 'it', its 'he'" and then another said, "You're right! It speaks!" And I sighed with a facepalm expression.

"Can we bring it with us?" "No, it could be a bomb." "It looks like a camera" "UFO?" I hear these astronauts talking and talking to one another "This one keeps saying 'Space' over here!" "They look kinda cute!" "I want one like this." I answered them, "Quiet! First of all, Im not a bomb, nor a camera, and not a UFO! I'm a bloody core!" Then I tried to keep my temper down. "A core eh?" "What's a core?" "Definitely a UFO." And I said "NO!" They're so bloody annoying and too noisy. Humans.... are all of them like that?

Then I heared from their rocket, "Its time to go back, its time to go back. Ride is over. Come back again." And then some astranauts were saying, "Awww I want to stay here longer.." "Oh well, this was fun!" "Hey, let's take a selfie with this core!" I asked to myself, 'What in the world is a 'selfie'?" Then all of the astronauts went beside me and space core and took a picture of us. Then they told us, mostly at me, "You'll be in tv soon!" Then I said, "Hooray!!" I can't believe it, they're gonna show me on tv, now Chell will see me! And then the astronauts left us. But a few moments later, more rockets came to us then placed in front of us a big camera. I thought, 'Are they gonna put us on live?!' So I ask this question to the other astronauts and they said, "Huh? It really talks? Uhhh yes you're gonna be in tv" Then I replied, "Oh cool! Thanks mate!"
