I grab my phone and run to the car. "No, it's the house around the corner with Mia's Benz in the driveway" I say to A.J. "Park there and you can ride with me" I add.

"Aight" He says hanging up.

I finally moved into my new house and it feels better. It's not as big but I'm okay with that cause it's only me and Mia staying in it. We all leave tonight for Myrtle Beach so I'm tryna make sure I have everything ready.

I'm also a nervous wreck. I don't do public speaking in any form, or whatever you wanna call me proposing to Mia in front of entire family.

I leave from my grandmas house and I pull up to the house. "This shit nice sis" He says as he gets in my car.

I smile. "Thanks bro" I say backing out and heading to the mall. My phone rings and I answer it once I see it's Mia. I disconnect it and put my phone up to my ear. "You good?" I ask.

"Yeah, me and the girls going to get food, what time we leaving tonight?" She asks.

I look at my watch. "My dad says to be at the hangar by 7 which means we'll get there by 11 some" I say.

I get over into the turning lane and wait to turn. "I gotta get my hair done, find me outfits, and get my nails done" She says whining.

I roll my eyes. "I got you a nail tech and ya stylist from back home meeting us there, so look for your outfits and that's it" I say pulling into the mall.

It gets quiet for a second. "You're flying my stylist to Myrtle beach?" She asks.

I nod like she can see me. "Yeah, that cool with you?" I ask parking my car and turning it off.

"Yes, I'm just kinda shocked, cause I was just gone have somebody here do it" She says.

I shake my head. "Nah, one, we ain't got time and two, half the bitches around here money hungry, no thank you" I say as A.J and I get out the car.

"Where you at?" She asks.

I lock my doors as we walk inside. "The mall, what you need?" I ask.

"You" She says. "I'll be home in about 2 hours, meet me there?" She asks.

I laugh a bit. "I got you" I say. "Once we leave here I'll be at the house anyway" I add. "I just gotta get some shirts and a couple of hats"

"Okay, I love you" She says making me smile.

A.J snickers and I flick him off. "I love you too" I say.

We hang up and A.J busts out laughing. "Bro your face is red as fuck" He says as we walk into Ralph Lauren.

I roll my eyes. "I'm a nervous fuckin wreck" I say. "She's making me nervous and shit" I add.

He laughs some more before stopping. "It's just funny cause you ain't scared of shit but seeing you scared of proposing is fuckin hilarious" He says.

I mock his laugh. "Fuck you" I say. "I'm not scared of proposing just the part where all of y'all gotta be there" I add.

We spend about an hour at the mall before going to get some to eat then back to my house. A.J leaves and I walk in and I go straight to Mia and I's room.

I cut on Criminal Minds and start eating my Chipotle. "Yeah she's here....no I'm not...okay I will...bye love you" Mia says walking in the room a couple of minutes later while on the phone. She hangs up and looks at me. "You look cute" She says smiling and sitting next to me.

I smile and get up. "Thank you" I say grabbing my drink. "You look cute too" I add.

I put my food aside and go in the bathroom to brush my teeth. I rinse my mouth out then crawl back on the bed beside Mia. "I missed you" She says crawling on me.
