new girl

At 4 pm I started getting ready for meeting Adam. It will be first time us getting together not like just friends. We both know that we are something more than that.

I put on a white tank top and tucked it into black shorts. Beneath it all I had my one-piece swimsuit. It was dark blue, almost black, with white little polka-dots. I put on my black vans and tied my hair in a messy bun. I did a natural look with my makeup with some waterproof mascara and fondation. I checked my social media and Adam texted that he will be here in a bit.

I finished getting ready and walked outside to wait for him.

He pulled over and before I could say hi he started speaking. "I hope you don't mind that few of my friends are going to join us ?" He asked with a guilty look.

"No. Not at all" I screamed smiling and ran towards his car to see three people sitting in the back.

"There will be more joining later." Adam smiled and drove towards the beach putting the volume on max.

When we arrived to the spot, I saw a bonfire already lightened and few more people hanging around. Adam led the way near those people. It was already a little darker outside so the fire looked beautiful. We all sat around it and started talking.

"Ups. I didn't introduce you to everyone" Adam chuckled and started naming people from my left to right (btw he was sitting on my right) "this is Kamilla, Stefan, Melsy, Jake, Logan, Tiffany, Mickelson or just Mickie, Beckie and Herbert. Guys, this is Naya" he smiled saying my name and smiling looking straight into my eyes. I swear we looked like a long loved couple looking at each other like this... not cool.

After a little chatting, swimming and smores, Melsy stood up and looked at all the girls. They stood up too and Kamilla (who was sitting right next to me) took my hand and dragged me with them. I heard Adam say something like "have fun !" And then all of us girls started walking down the beach.

And of caurse. What else could we talk about rather then guys ? "Herebert is totally hitting on you, Beckie" Tiffany smiled kicking a little rock into the water.

"Ew no way. Never in a million years !" Beckie seemed discusted and shoved Tiffany a little.

"Yeah yeah. Nobody cares about Herebert" Kamilla spoke up "I would rather hear about our new girl and Adam" she smiled at me and her eyes begged for gossip.

"There's nothing between us" I said smiling to myself and looking at the ground.

I wish there would be something tho...

"Liar !" Melsy screamed and started shaking me "spill everything !"

" there's nothing to spill. We're just friends" I said with a serious face now.

"Bullshit" Kamilla said.

"Oh really ?" I spit.

"Yep." She contuned " I know him since we were little. First. He would never hit on girl from the same family as his ex. Second. He would never introduce just a random girl to me in person. And third. He would never take you to his special place if you would have been just a little game" she spilled "and as far as my knowledge goes, you break at least two of these rules with is more than 50% chance that he likes you"

"Agreed" Melsy shouted.

"No way..." I said trying to find a logical explanation to all of this but secretly wanting for it all to be true.

"Way" Tiffany nooded. "By the way. We acualy have never seen Ivory, so it's a plus for you"

"How is that a plus ?"

"That means he never really loved her, duuh" Beckie rolled her eyes.

"I want you two to happen" Kamilla hugged me around my shoulders.

" hashtag Nadam !!!" Melsy screamed so loud that I bed Adam heard her.

"Shut up" I cut her off

"I ship it sooo much !" Beckie was full of excitement.

The rest of the night was fabulous. We spent it looking at the sunset, baking sausages on the fire and swiming in the night. To top it all of, every time we were sitting by the fire Adams arm was around my shoulder and few times I even got the courage to lay my head on his shoulder. And I must admit that it felt warm and cozy, plus he smelled really good. When it got chilly he braught a blanket and put it around us both witch was really cute from a 'bad boy', wich I don't believe in anymore. Girls were killing us with the glares all night and put their fingers acroos making a hashtag and mouthing 'Nadam' when Adam wasn't looking.

At the end he drove me back home and we ended up in the same spot as few evenings ago. On my porch underneath a white roof. "Could we finish this evening with something more special ?" He asked smiling.

"I have no idea what you're talking about" I played dumb and he just went for it.

After a second I felt his lips brush gently against mine and his hands wrap around my waist. I put my hands on his neck and kissed back. Our lips moved in synch as his hands were pulling me as close as possible and my hands were running through his messy hair. After what felt just a little not enaugh we both pulled away and he said something that I could've expected after this.

"Naya, I want you to be my girlfriend"
