83 Bridges and Barriers:

Rose's pov

It's been a few days since Ashton and Mia went on they're little date, nid is still kinda sick but he is getting better, besides that everything is back to normal, Zach is still getting the hang of being a mafia Boss  but he is doing a good job so far.
Leo has been working less since everything is going smoothly  which means that I now have a chance to talk to him.

“ Hey, I was wanting to talk to you about something,” I said  as I walked into Leo's office. I found out that it annoys him when I do this.

“ What do you want to talk about? I have a meeting I need to go to, so can it wait?” He asked as he was Grabbed some papers off his desk.

“ it's ah about us, ohh yea it can wait, I'll talk to you later” I said then went to leave but stopped when I felt a hand grab my arm just enough to stop me.

“ What about us?  I have a few minutes, so what's going on?” He asked as he looked at me with those green eyes.

“ ah, you said that after we figure out what was going on with Missy we could talk about this, that was a while ago, leo what's going on between us? I  need to know if I should move on or what” I said, it's been a few weeks since we figure out what was going on with Missy, and I understand that he's been busy but I just don't know,  I don't like not knowing.

“ I know I did and I'm sorry we haven't, I don't know Rose, but I've never felt like this before, can we just see what happens?  I care about you, I know that, but I don't know what to say or how to explain this feeling I have when you are around” he said as he walked closer to me with a smile.

“ I know you've been busy, I never felt like this either, alright but for how long?  I care about you too” I said, how long would we have to wait to see what happens? Days, Weeks or years?

“ I know but hopefully after today that will change, I don't know, I hate to cut this conversation short but I have a meeting that I can't miss, we can talk later okay?” He asked, I knew he didn't want to end the conversation yet but had too.

“ alright, it's fine I understand, sure” I said then left, why did I believe that I would actually get an answer?  Now I am more confused about my feelings for him.

I decided to go to my room and read a little since it's the only way to Escape the reality of thinking about those Stupid green eyes.

*Zach's Pov*

Missy is still trying to get us to go Horseback riding, I've told her that we didn't have to but she is being stubborn.

“Seriously missy if you want we can do anything else” I said as we walked to the car.

“I know but I told you I would go horseback riding if you went camping with us and you do so now it's time to go horseback riding, I'll be fine” she said as she got in the car.

“ but I told you we could find something else to do, we don't have to go horseback riding, missy we can go do something besides this” I said, why is she being stubborn? I knew she should face her fear but I also know that it probably will bring back memories.

“I know, but I have been thinking about going horseback riding again for a little while,” she said.

“ Okay, we will go but if I notice you having a hard time we will go figure out something else okay?” I asked, there's no point in arguing with her when she's in this mood.

“Alright” she said.
After that I started driving to the Farm, I really hope nothing happens and we can enjoy the ride.
It took us about an hour to get to the farm. When we got there we talked to the one running it for a while then we went and met the houses we would be riding.
The one Missy would be riding is a brown horse named Chestnut, the one I would be riding with a black horse named Flicka. 
We stayed for two hours then decided to go get something to eat then go back home.
