Chex and Aril have been doing amazing. I was able to ride Chex yesterday. However, the black mare (who I named Maddie) isn't doing so great.
She's starting to gain some more weight but I can't get anywhere near her. I go into the feed room and grab a handful of hay and go into her stall.
She eyes the hay in my hand. I hold it out and take a few steps closer to her. Maddie take one step towards me and reaches out to eat the hay.
I give it to her and take three more steps towards her. When she lift her head she rears up and does a buck afterwards, kicking the wall.
All three of the horses are freaking out right now. I run out of Maddie's stall and lock the stall door before going back into the house.
I'm not sure how I'm going to mange with this.
