Third Person POV
"What did you do?!" Theseus demanded as he rushed into the Great Hall. Casting a look to Jacob and Professor Hicks – who seemed to be alive – his attention was on Albus Dumbledore.
"I do not know what you are talking about, Mr. Scamander," he returned, searching those behind him. His expression faltered when Natalia was nowhere to be seen.
"Nat," Theseus told him, angered. "She went to Grindelwald."
"What?" Jacob was the only one to question it, rushing from his seat by a group of kids and looking at Theseus. "Nat wouldn't do that. She wouldn't."
Turning around, Dumbledore ran a hand across his chin before resting it there, other arm crossed underneath. "Some people are simply not dedicated."
"Not dedicated!?" Theseus' voice rose. "Nat has been the only one dedicated to anything around here. Five years she spent searching for Credence, for any sign of Grindelwald while you sat in your chair and taught children the theory of magic. The real world isn't based on theory."
Albus straightened his back. "I have always, and will always, do what is best for those I care for."
Theseus scoffed at his blatant avoidance of the conversation. "Nat told me the truth."
He almost faltered. "What truth?"
"That you put her sister on that boat... and that you altered her memory of it."
"I told you that I altered things. You knew that, Mr. Scamander," he tried to argue.
"And yet you seemed to leave out the pertinent fact that something she blames Grindelwald for was truly your fault. You convinced me that I shouldn't tell her, that it was for the better. Why did I ever listen to you?" He was frantic now, lost without Natalia Clayton at his side.
"If she knew the truth, we might lose her."
"We already have!" he shouted. The Great Hall silenced as Hogwarts students turned to listen to the argument. "We've lost her..."

Natalia Clayton's POV
I had been listening to every sentence, every word. Hidden at the back of the Great Hall, I had apparated inside moments before Theseus arrived with Newt. If I had been on good terms with Albus, I would have warned him that there were several gaps in Hogwarts borders, but the Plan ensued.
The students left, the others following hesitantly to try to get some sleep before evil broke loose. I watched as Albus turned to face the Headmaster's lectern.
"I know you're here, Natalia," he began.
Leaning against the column, I gathered every drop of bad blood that I had when I spoke. "You have to work on your defences, dear brother."
His eyes turned. "Don't do this."
"Speak?"
"Join Grindelwald."
"He's never lied to me," I explained, forcing grit into my tone. "He has never told me half-truths, he has never changed my memories."
"He showed you how to kill," Albus argued.
