So, today is my birthday and as the birthday girl, I decided to give YOU, lovely reader, a present.

This chapter, I have to admit, is one of my favorite ones so far. I had nothing too major planned to it but I had forgotten how great it is to write just about them, their lives, their relationships, so I guess that's what this chapter is all about.

I hope you like this as much as I do.

Chapter 33rd

I would be forever grateful for my uncle’s undetectable charms. Turns out, Professor McGonagall was not very pleased with my little prank and asked Professor Flitwick to find the culprit. Both teachers were much displeased when the tracker spell appointed Mrs. Norris every single time.

I stifled a laugh when the cat mewed at the two confused teachers.

“Snooping, are we Weasley?” Came that well known husky voice next to my ear. It was barely a whisper but he was so close that it sent shivers up and down my spine.

“Maybe” I answered in that same tone. I turned around and found him with his signature smirk slapped across his face. “Not that it’s any of your business Malfoy”

“You know how curious I can get Red” He was towering over me. Our closeness was such that I had to look up to see his face, not that I let that affect the equally superior pose I had.

“I would be careful if I were you Malfoy, the curiosity killed the cat.”

“Oh, but you see my dear Red, you would never let such think happen to your truly.”

“Or would I?” He opened his mouth, ready for his hit, but he never got the chance.

“Mr. Malfoy, Mrs. Weasley, may I ask what you two are doing on this corridor? Don’t you have classes to attend?”

“We were on our way Headmistress, I am sorry.”

“Take care Mr. Malfoy, you wouldn’t want to get detention again after having just be freed from one.”

“I wouldn’t Professor.”

“That’s what I thought. I trust Mrs. Weasley will keep both of you in line.”

“I will Professor.”

“Good. Now, off you go. Exams might be finished but the classes are not.”

We started walking as fast as we could without sprinting into a run and soon we were far from where McGonagall had busted us.

“That was close.”

“Close indeed.” Scorpius glanced at me and leaned against the opposite wall. “Where were we?” The smirk was back.

“You were about to admit defeat.”

“Really now Rosie? That’s not quite how I remember it.” He pulled me by my wait so that we were back to the super close position. He leaned in for a kiss and I returned but only briefly.

“Scorp,” I said pulling back a few inches, my eyes were still closed.

“Huh?” He was not pleased with the interruption.

“I need to talk to you.”

“Aren’t we talking now Love?”

“You know what I meant.” I opened my eyes. His were still closed, like if he kept them like that I would forget whatever I wanted to talk to him about and just go back to the snogging. He also knew that was not going to happen.
