Chapter 21st

Hello my beautiful readers, how are ya? Mad at me? I beg you not to kill me for my super delay. It's just that I've been super busy at school and I'm having to actually study so... yeah

I'm going to be honest with you, I thought this chapter would suck, I was having writers block for a few chapters now and this was the worst but I managed to write this chapter, make it big-ish aaand funny (in my humble opinion) so I'm quite proud of myself :)

And now you can read (if you have been reading my a/n I mean, otherwise I would've been just talking to myself as usual)

Chapter 21st

Albus’s Point of View

When Rose and I walked into the common room we were greeted by James, Cam and Nikki, they were talking in one of the study desks and turned when the chamber opened. I was in front so they thought I hadn’t been able to get Rose to come back and they frowned. I stepped to the side and Rose came to view, making the other 3 smiled widely. I feel loved.

“Look who’s back!” James exclaimed and patted Rose’s head. Cam wrapped her in a tight embrace and didn’t let go. I was just watching them; happy to see Rose a bit happy when my brother tapped my shoulder and gestured to another corner. I followed him knowing he needed to ask something that the others weren’t suppose to hear. “Is she okay?” He whispered, his voice serious and concerned, two rare traces to find in it.

“She’s still healing but I got her to eat and even sleep.”

His face was washed over with relief. “We were worried when you didn’t show up for dinner last night but later we figured you would be talking to Rose. How did you do it?”

“I made a deal with her and no, I’m not telling you”

“Hey! I’m not asking! As long as she returns to her old self and stay healthy I’ll leave you to your own accords.”

“Thanks”

“No, I thank you Al.”

“No need to thank me, just… don’t mention Scorp or anything related okay?”

“Alright. Do you want me to tell the others?”

“Yeah, thanks big brother”

“You’re welcome little brother.”

Rose’s Point of View

When Cam finally released me from his embrace Nik hugged me, though it was very brief. They didn’t say anything but their look of pity was making me regret the stupid deal but there’s no going back now (and I wanted the chocolate). Instead I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, when they opened again I had a smile plastered in my face, good thing I’m a good actress otherwise it would be hard to convince them of my well being. Both my friends smiled in return and I was glad to see that pity dim from their eyes.

“We were about to head for breakfast, care to join?” Cam asked hopefully.

“I think I’ll take a shower first, I’ll meet you guys downstairs, okay?” They agreed – a little disappointed must I say – and I excused myself going to the girls’ stairs.

In side the room I ran into Roxy and we just stood there, staring at each other, making things totally not awkward.

“Rose, I-“

“It’s okay,” I said before she could finish, giving her a real smile.

“No, it’s not. I was a bitch to you. I knew about the rumor and I saw Zabini telling everyone that you had have sex with Scorpius, and I didn’t say a thing! I betrayed my own cousin.”
