I honestly miss my little sister I had to call my friend Jess to come over because I was bored.
"So where's the lil munchkin?" Jess asked
"She went away to my cousins house for a few weeks"
"Why
"She's walking in our cousin's wedding and she needs to rehearse with them"
"Oh ok that's cool. How is she doing? I remember you telling she had started therapy and stuff."
"Oh she's great now therapy has helped her a lot and I can say she's honestly in a happy place right now."
Jess is a really caring person she like to be updated about people she's close with. She'll probably even get you a few things from the gift store just to put a smile on your face.
"Has she moved on relationship wise?"
"She has but she doesn't see it yet"
"How so"
I thought about Shanice and Paul and laughed to myself these two are an interesting pair. Whether they believe it or not, they have feelings for each other, I see it. The way they play around and argue like a married couple is obvious signs that anybody can point out. The fact that they call each other bae or boo, acting as if they're in a real relationship is also another sign. Shanice has done things for Paul that she wouldn't do for a lot of people even if you begged her.
She sits around and claim she doesn't like him just to convince herself they're only best friends. She's being real naive at the moment but it should hit her real soon hopefully sooner than later.
"This kid Jason she's talking to doesn't seem serious enough, I would expect her to talk about him a lot and so forth but she doesn't. I honestly forget about him all the time until she brings him up. Shanice think she slick she trying to find all the excuses and distractions in the world to not have to face her real feelings for Paul. That's what Jason is, a distraction, she's going to notice this real soon." I replied to Jess
"How deep do you think her feelings for Paul is?"
"Deep as fuck, when she explains how much he means to her and how she's thankful that he was placed in her life, you can see the glow in her eyes."
"She's trying to deny it probably because she's afraid to open up in that way."
"I mean everybody sees it and they tell her everyday that they should just go out or be together, but no she wants to be naive af. 'Just chill we're just best friends nothing else just that'
Jess busted out laughing at how I was mocking Shanice. I had to laugh too, it was funny.
"But no for real she keep playing games for some reason and he told her he going to end up saying fuck it"
Jess looked confused "wait if he said that, that's a hint, so why she acting naive still."
"I think it's cause it was regarding sex so she thinks he only saying that on a fucking level but he most likely means more than that" I shrugged.
"Obviously not if he keeps trying. Shanice is difficult."
"Right I agreed"
I just hope she gets over this phase and Jason gets out the picture soon. I don't mind her doing her own think but I'm team Paul.
